Teriyaki Flank Steak with rice and grilled veggies!

Sorry I haven't posted since Saturday! Work has been crazy and I am a hot mess full of stress!!  But I made like 20 minutes in my list of things I wanted to do today  for this!Y'all know I play volleyball. They have leagues for all ages! So I was at a tournament and I wanted to get something to eat. I ordered this teriyaki chicken. I am playing at the same place on Sunday and I can't wait!!!!!!! Not to play, I want my teriyaki chicken!!!!!! It is so good!!!!!!! I love it so much!!!! Them make it with rice and grilled veggies. The best veggie in there are these thinly thin sliced sauted onions!!! I got home that first day I had it and I was making a flank steak for dinner. I was just going to wing it and throw it together but I thought it was be nice to make a teriyaki marinade!!!!!!!!!!! So I did with rice and grilled veggies and it is resturaunt quality!!!!!!!!!  To be honest, its better then one or two local dinnings! We have some terrible resturaunts here in Maryland but we also have one of the best!!!!! Did I tell Y'all? I got this awesome new pot from Williams- Sonma? I have made like 3 stews already I love it!!!!!! I don't know how I just randomly thought of that but I did! Oh, since we have talked since Saturday, lets catch up on shows! Once uponn a time!!!!!! OMG, I was crying when Owen had to run into the woods!!! It was so sad. The the guy in the car crash was him!!!! The Mary Margaret told Regina to kill her and she riped her heart out! You crazy people who don't watch Once upon a time probably have no idea what I am talking about! But, us who do do!!!!! Now, Worst Cooks in America! I had a feeling Carla would go but I wanted her to win!! I was super sad to see her go. On the red team I thought Rasheda would go home but I guess not. I think Elina and Sue will be in the finally!!!!!! We will wait and see!!!!!!

I have never been the biggest fan of nuts. I never put nuts in my chocolate chip cookies or banana bread. Put the cookie is floury and the nuts give a great texture!!!!!!!I will say, these aren't my favorite cookies, y'all know my I am chocolate all the way. But these are soft and simple!!!! It rocks the house!!! These cookies actually came from England I'm pretty sure and they were eaten with honey and mint tea! So I don,t drink tea but these are great with hot chocolate!!!!!!! But its warm now so just eat them and you will be happy!!!!!!!!!! My dad bought this HUGE bag of pecans for me so I have been making a lot of things with pecans. I made a pecan crumble for my pork chops!!!!!! I will be posting pecan pie later!!!!! Well, I should probably get going. I have so many recipes aI want to put on today!!!!!

    Directions-
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
grease 2 baking sheets. In the bowl of a mixer, combine the butter and vanilla. Add 1/2 cup of the sugar, then slowly add the flour and pecans and mix just until combined. Use your hands to roll the dough into balls about r, and arrange them on the baking sheets. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. While cookies are baking , spread the remaining confectioners' sugar out on a plate. When the cookies are done, remove from the oven, let cool 3 to 5 minutes, and then roll each cookie in the sugar until coated, letting each rest in the sugar for a minute to absorb it

Double Chocolate White Chocolate Chunk Cookie

    IMG_0609.jpg

What y'all think? I am doing great with my pictures!!!!!!!!! I love these!!!! White chocolate is really sweet and the milk chocolate isn't as sweet but you have those big chunks!! A lot of the recipes I have planed to post are not chocolate. I have a chocolate cake I want to put up if I have time, so I quickly did this since I had a picture!!!!! I know its not the best picture but my camera wasn't focusing!!! Make sure you have milk when you make these because they are REALLY chocolaty and it is the best thing to have milk with them!!!!! I have a cookie baking tip to share! Under bake you cookie by like 3 minutes. They still cook out of the oven and when they cool it wont be dough just really soft cookie. I want a cookie not burnt toast.

    Chocolate Chip Cookie dough cupcakes!!!!

    photo.JPG
Y'all know me. I love cookie dough. I have told you the stories of me and my BFF Malina making cookie dough without the egg but using milk and eating it raw. Well there are eggs in here but you don't need to worry about it!! You freeze the cookie dough 2 hours and but cupcake batter on top so the cookie dough is frozen enough that it wont become a cookie and the egg will be cooked off!!!!! I made these with a chocolate fudge frosting. Some people find that to sweet because you already have the cookie dough so I won't post it here. You can just use a plain frosting or even by it!!!!!! You take that first bite and get a hunk of cookie dough some moist yellow cake and possibly frosting( if you put it on) If you read my first post today, strawberry shortcake, you will se how many pictures I had. I have more this post!!

Want to see the cookie dough bites? The best part!!
    photo.JPGphoto.JPG

Looking good huh!! I don't know how many cookie dough bites this was supposed to make but mine made a lot!! If you have any left over dough make cookies!! So you put batter then dough then more badder on top so the cookie dough will be in the middle then you put more on top

    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chops
1 box of yellow cake mix, any ingredients called for on the box

    Directions-
    1. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sea salt; set aside. Beat the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Add 1 egg and the vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips, mixing just enough to evenly combine. Form the dough into size of a tablespoon balls, place onto a baking sheet, and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
    2. Preheat an oven to 350  Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.
    3. Beat 3 eggs in a large bowl with an electric mixer to break up. Add the cake mix, water, and canola oil, continue beating for 2 minutes on medium speed. Spoon into the cupcake liners, filling each 2/3 full. Place a frozen cookie dough ball on the top center of each cupcake(see in pictures).
    4. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the cake portion of the cupcake (not the cookie dough, that will be raw) comes clean, about 20 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing
