3 tablespoons of fruit preserves (any flavor)

Directions-
preheat oven to 350 degrees
sprinkle cinnamon sugar on tortillas

BBQ Chicken
I love TO BBQ but one of the best things about it is the sauce. I love BBQ sauce and in this recipe you can enjoy the flavor but its much easier to make. The BBQ sauce keeps the chicken nice and moist.This is a great chicken to make on school,sports,even family nights. Just marinate,cook and enjoy.This is a delightful delicious dinner without a doubt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ingredients-
BBQ sauce
Boneless chicken breast
Directions-
Preheat oven to 425
Fill a bag with BBQ sauce and put in chicken
Shake
Put chicken in a oven pot and put down BBQ sauce
Put in oven
Cook till the BBQ sauce on the bottom is like a sauce ( you should see it slightly boiling in oven)
Take out and let cool for 1-3 minutes
Serve and enjoy!!!!!

zucchini chocolate bread
I love cinnamon and zucchini. It is one of my favorite combos of flavors. But I am a huge chocolate fan. So I decided to add them together and came up with chocolate zucchini bread. This is a delightful delicious dish that is healthy and easy to make. My family loves this for the textures flavors and everything. Make this and yours will to.
Ingredients-
1.5 cups of flour
3/4 cups of sugar
1 tsp of backing soda
1tsp of cinnamon
1.5 tsp of salt
1 egg
1.5 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of milk
1 tsp of vanilla
1zucchini grated
1 cup of chocolate chips
Directions-
Preheat oven to 350
Mix everything together in a small bowl
Spray a pan with cooking spray and add batter
Cook until firm (20-25 minutes)
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steak and vegetables kabobs
So what happens if you add some juicy steak and fresh vegetables together and grill it? Well the answer is it makes an amazing kabob!!!!!!! These are a family favorite and they are so easy to make I guarantee you and your family will love these. They are a easy way to make something delightful and delicious to your kitchen. Ingredients-
Green peppers
tomatoes
onions
steak ( what ever kind should work)
toothpicks
Directions-
Put a little oil on steak and vegetables ( this prevents it sticking to the grill)
Season steak with salt and pepper
Put on grill to rare
Cut into cubes or small pieces
Cut vegetables into slices
Put steak and vegetables on a tooth picks
Then put kabob on grill
when steak is medium rare and vegetables are kinda black remove from grill
Serve and enjoy

My favorite vegetable of all time is Cauliflower.I remember once when I was little we had so much Cauliflower that I was sick of just eating it with ranch so I decided to try a little something new And that was to put it in the oven. This is a delightful delicious thing to add to your dinner.

Lemon Lime Grouper with rice
To all you seafood lovers out there this is your dish. It is a simple recipe that taste amazing. Grouper is a type of fish that goes great with citrus so I figured lets do a grilled grouper with lemon lime.The flavors are so good with the fish it is like a party of awesome flavors. Now this is a delightful delicious dinner.
Ingredients-
Grouper
2 Lemons
2limes
Rice
Directions-
Fill pot with water and put rice in
Cut 1 lemon and 1 lime.
Squeeze both juices on both sides of the grouper.
With the remaining citrus cut in half and place one lemon one lime half on one side of grouper (optional)
Wrap the grouper in tin foil
Put grouper on grill
When grouper is cooked served over rice
serve and enjoy

This is a great dish that looks delightful and is delicious. The dish hits all he right notes, from the crunch of the pepper, the juiciness of the chicken and the softness of the rice. This is an example of letting your imagination run wild in the kitchen. I love chicken and rice dishes and that gave me inspiration to make the stuffed peppers. :-)
Ingredients-

Put on medium heat and put rice in

chocolate chip cookies
I`m a huge chocolate fan and love cookies. These cookies in particular are great for chocolate lovers. They are easy to make and amazing in taste. These cookies are a great way to end a delightful, delicious dinner! ( Just beware they are addicting).
Ingredients-
2 1/4 cup of flour
1tsp of salt
1 tsp of backing soda
2 bars of butter
1tsp of vanilla
3/4 of sugar
3/4 of brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups of chocolate chips
Directions-
preheat oven to 375
Mix salt,backing soda and flour in a bowl
Mix brown sugar,sugar butter,and vanilla in another
then add eggs mix well and add in flour mixture
bake for 10-13 minutes.
let cool on rack for 3-6 minutes
serve and enjoy

honey glazed carrots
Okay me I am not a big vegetable fan. But these are like my favorite side and trust me once you make these they will be yours too. I love how you have such a nice sweetness by the syrup. These are such a easy thing to make and they prove even vegetables can be delightful and delicious.
Ingredients-
Carrots
brown sugar
maple syrups
Directions-
Get a pot and put over medium heat
cut carrots half an inch thick and add to the pan
add maple syrup approximately a half a cup(you can do less for less sweetness). Let reduce and add brown sugar.
When reduced lower to low heat. The carrots are done when they are pretty soft but still have a crunch.
Take off heat serve and enjoy.

butternut squash
Me and my family love butternut squash. Sometimes we would buy more then enough for a meal. So I had to come up with new creative ways to make the butternut squash. And I thought of this. Butternut squash is sweet so are apples and sometimes onions. So I mixed them together and it was a delightful delicious meal.

tuna and rice
So I am a hudge seafood fanand my all time favorite fish is tuna. So I came up with this dish. Many seafoods such as sushi are served over rice.Tuna can be easy and amazing in tasteif cooked properly.Me and my family are big tuna fans and we hace been useing this recipe for a years and still love it. So if you want to have a delightful delicious dinner make this .

Tuna filats
Sushi rice
Directions-
Put rice in a pan with water and cook on medium heat.
Season tuna both sides with salt and pepper.
Wait till rice is almost done then put tuna on a saute pan over medium heat and cook tuna till medium rare.
Serve tuna on top of rice

Okay these are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They are a healty side to make for you and your family.I love how these have a soft cheese taste but still have a crunch with the almonds it all just coments each other so well. So if you want a side that is delightful and delicious well make theese and you will ee what I mean.
Ingredients-
Green beans
blue cheese
almonds
Directions-
Cut off the ends of the green beans
Slice almonds
Fill a pot with water and put tin foil with holes on top put the green beans on then put another layer of foil on top.
Put a medium salte pan on medium heat and toast almonds for approximately 5 minutes
When green beans get a bit softer put them in the pan with the almonds and add blue cheese.
Serve and enjoy.
Chicken with goat cheese and mushrooms
My family eats a lot of chicken and I really wanted to find a new way to make chicken so I came up with this.You can have the cheeseyness of the goat cheese the moisture of the chicken put have some nice mushroom's for additional flavor and texture. I have made this thousands of times and loved it ever since.So if you want something delightful and delicious make this you will love it.

3 Chicken breasts
1 stick Goat cheese (you can use herb or plain)
11/2 cup of Mushrooms,diced
1 tsp olive oil, divided
Salt and pepper
tablespoon fresh basil,minced
Directions-
Preheat oven to 375
Wrap all the chicken breast in plastic wrap and pound until about half an inch thick.
Wash the mushrooms season with salt, 1/2 olive oil and pepper.
Spread the goat cheese and sprinkle the mushrooms and basil on the chicken breast
Roll up the chicken breast and tie with the chicken wire.
put a sauce pan over medium heat and add oil
Put in chicken when oil is hot enough so I will not be greasy and cook no longer pink inside
Cut of wire when done serve and enjoy.
