honey glazed carrots

Okay me I am not a big vegetable fan. But these are like my favorite side and trust me once you make these they will be yours too. I love how you have such a nice sweetness by the syrup.  These are such a easy thing to make and they prove even vegetables can be delightful and delicious.



Ingredients-
Carrots
brown sugar
maple syrups

  Directions-
 Get a pot and put over medium heat
 cut carrots half an inch thick and add to the pan
 add maple syrup approximately a half a cup(you can do less for less sweetness). Let reduce and add brown sugar.
When reduced lower to low heat. The carrots are done when they are pretty soft but still have a crunch.
Take off heat serve and enjoy.
