The best veggie in there are these thinly thin sliced sauted onions!!! I got home that first day I had it and I was making a flank steak for dinner. I was just going to wing it and throw it together but I thought it was be nice to make a teriyaki marinade!!!!!!!!!!! So I did with rice and grilled veggies and it is resturaunt quality!!!!!!!!!  To be honest, its better then one or two local dinnings! We have some terrible resturaunts here in Maryland but we also have one of the best!!!!! Did I tell Y'all? I got this awesome new pot from Williams- Sonma? OMG, I was crying when Owen had to run into the woods!!! It was so sad. The the guy in the car crash was him!!!! The Mary Margaret told Regina to kill her and she riped her heart out! You crazy people who don't watch Once upon a time probably have no idea what I am talking about! But, us who do do!!!!! Now, Worst Cooks in America! I had a feeling Carla would go but I wanted her to win!! I was super sad to see her go. On the red team I thought Rasheda would go home but I guess not. I have never been the biggest fan of nuts. I never put nuts in my chocolate chip cookies or banana bread. Put the cookie is floury and the nuts give a great texture!!!!!!!I will say, these aren't my favorite cookies, y'all know my I am chocolate all the way. But these are soft and simple!!!! It rocks the house!!! These cookies actually came from England I'm pretty sure and they were eaten with honey and mint tea! So I don,t drink tea but these are great with hot chocolate!!!!!!! But its warm now so just eat them and you will be happy!!!!!!!!!! My dad bought this HUGE bag of pecans for me so I have been making a lot of things with pecans. While cookies are baking , spread the remaining confectioners' sugar out on a plate. When the cookies are done, remove from the oven, let cool 3 to 5 minutes, and then roll each cookie in the sugar until coated, letting each rest in the sugar for a minute to absorb it

    IMG_0609.jpg

What y'all think? I am doing great with my pictures!!!!!!!!! I love these!!!! White chocolate is really sweet and the milk chocolate isn't as sweet but you have those big chunks!! A lot of the recipes I have planed to post are not chocolate. I have a chocolate cake I want to put up if I have time, so I quickly did this since I had a picture!!!!! I know its not the best picture but my camera wasn't focusing!!! Make sure you have milk when you make these because they are REALLY chocolaty and it is the best thing to have milk with them!!!!! Chocolate Chip Cookie dough cupcakes!!!!

    photo.JPG
Y'all know me. I love cookie dough. I have told you the stories of me and my BFF Malina making cookie dough without the egg but using milk and eating it raw. Well there are eggs in here but you don't need to worry about it!! You freeze the cookie dough 2 hours and but cupcake batter on top so the cookie dough is frozen enough that it wont become a cookie and the egg will be cooked off!!!!! I made these with a chocolate fudge frosting. Some people find that to sweet because you already have the cookie dough so I won't post it here. You can just use a plain frosting or even by it!!!!!! You take that first bite and get a hunk of cookie dough some moist yellow cake and possibly frosting( if you put it on) If you read my first post today, strawberry shortcake, you will se how many pictures I had. I have more this post!!

Want to see the cookie dough bites? The best part!!
    photo.JPGphoto.JPG

Looking good huh!! I don't know how many cookie dough bites this was supposed to make but mine made a lot!! If you have any left over dough make cookies!! So you put batter then dough then more badder on top so the cookie dough will be in the middle then you put more on top

    3. Beat 3 eggs in a large bowl with an electric mixer to break up. Add the cake mix, water, and canola oil, continue beating for 2 minutes on medium speed. Spoon into the cupcake liners, filling each 2/3 full. Place a frozen cookie dough ball on the top center of each cupcake(see in pictures).

Grilled Pizza with Blanched Spinach and Sauted Onions!

I think I'm turning Italian!!!! I am posting my 2nd Italian recipe in a row! I never do that!! I don't know if you guys without a blog  know this, us bloggers have goggle plus. Its like facebook for your blog. I have this cummunity, you can make groups and you join to groups with  topics you like. It is like at middle schools you have all the clubs. I made one called healthy eating! Its were we have disscutions on healthy dishes. (you have discussions and meetings online). This is like and Allstar healthy dish! Fresh dough thats grilled, fresh sauce made of fresh ingredients not an overload of cheese and veggies as toppings! The best part is, Kids eat it!!! You know when kids like don't eat there veggies? Come on, even I did that was I was younger! Well they eat this in seconds!!!! When I make this for dinner I make extra!! So let me tell you some footnotes,

    **Footnotes from the Chef-
If you don't have a thermometer, water should feel very warm when you touch it
**To knead the dough, add just enough flour to the dough and your hand to keep the dough from sticking. To knead push the dough away fold it and turn. Keep repeating that motion, add more flour if it becomes to sticky
Make Ahead: Dough (but NOT individual the pizza crust) may be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator. Punch down and roll out just before grilling.

Make sure to follow those!!! I wrote them for a reasoning they are super important!!!! Well, BYE!!!!!!

    Prep-20 minutes
    Cook- 8 minutes
    Ready in- 28 minutes

     Ingredients-
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, or as needed
1 envelope Fleischmann's® Pizza Crust Yeast
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/3 cups very warm water (120 degrees to 130 degrees F)
    Additional flour for rolling
    Additional oil for grilling
    Pizza sauce
    Fresh spinach,blanched
1 cup chopped onions, sauted and seasoned
    Shredded mozzarella cheese

    Directions-
Preheat gas grill to medium-high heat.
Combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add very warm water and oil; mix until well blended, about 1 minute. Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough. Dough should form a ball and will be slightly sticky. Knead(see footnotes)on a floured surface, adding additional flour if necessary, until smooth  but not sticky, about 5 minutes.
Divide dough into 8 portions. Roll dough on a well-floured counter to about 8-inch circles
Brush both sides of crust with additional oil. Using hands, lift each crust carefully and place on grill. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until bottom is lightly browned and top looks set. Using long handled tongs, remove crust from grill, grilled side up, to a platter
Add sauce and top the grilled side of each pizza crust. Excess sauce or toppings makes the pizza hard to handle. Repeat with remaining pizzas.
Carefully slide each pizza onto the grill. Cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes until bottom of crust is browned and cheese is melted. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
Put blanched spinach and Suted onions on top
    Serve and enjoy!!!!

    Beef and Egg noodles

When I was a kid I loved egg noodles!! I would ask my grandma to make me some with butter before volleyball practice all the time!!!!!! There are lots of things like Beef in Red Wine sauce on egg noodles but this has a quick spin!!! Beef is my favorite type of meat! I like it better then pork and chicken. It is so flavorful and juicy and its not extremely fatty like pork! It stand AMAZING right on its own and with a little salt and pepper you will rock the house. Beef and egg noodles are really commonly used. I love to keep traditional flavors and combinations. Its like peanut butter and jelly, they taste good with other things but great with each other!!! You use a lot of soup and creams from Cambells( or another brand if that is what you like) so you have this amazing sauce that I dream about!!! No really, I had a dream I was eating this last night! Like I said, I love egg noodles with butter so I couldn't let butter miss out on the party! So I added some butter!!!!!!!!!!!! Omg!!, I hate this whole daylight savings!!!!!!!!! I woke up at 5:30 because I put my clock up 2 hours so I woke up ay 5:30 not knowing if it was 6:30 or 5:30!! It looked dark and I looked on my phone and it said 5:30 and I almost screamed!!!!!!!!!!! Its nice on rice and chicken also!! The glaze takes about two minutes and works great on anything!!!!!!! Try it with a dish with toasted nuts on top and make the best Delightful Delicious Dinner!!!!!! What I love about this (besides everything!!!!!!!) is that it is not overly sweet with apple juice. So you truely can put anything with this!!!!!To be honest,if you added fresh apples and white sugar with some toasted nuts, you might be able to pull of a not to sweet pie!  I just did that in my head but it would work! I daydream about food everyday at school! This is  just a sauce but it is so much more!!!!! A small but easy element can make a HUGE difference and I mean HUGE!!!! I have made this sauce many times but the first time I made it I already had it memorized!!! Talk about fast!!!!!! I would say it takes 7 minutes at the most!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will say, I have made like 40 sauces in my life, this is the best!! One time I invited like 20 people over and made like 13 sauces/ glazes. This got voted the best!!!!!!!!! The Best of the Best Fried Butterflied Shimp

New World Record!!!!!! Well,a new Delightful Delicious Dinner record!!!! The best Fried recipe yet!! Now remember, this is a "so far record". This means that the record can always break. I could always find something better to break the record. But that will probably take forever, there is no topping this!!!!!!!!! So, how are y'all? Tired? Me TOO!!! I hate when we lose an hour of sleep!! I need my sleep!!!!What I love about this is, its not overly covered. Meaning, when you make the badder, you don't overly coat the shrimp. The star of this dish is the shrimp so I didn't want to overly coat the shrimp. I don't like having layers of fried stuff. I don't want the dish to be fried badder with a shrimp filling. I got my shrimp fresh from the butcher already peeled, deveined, and butterflied. You could bye frozen shrimp but fresh makes a big difference. If you want to do any of these things yourself be my guest. OMG, so y'all know the best pixtar movie there is, Beauty and the Beast? So I was watching it yesturday with some kids in my family and the song , Be my guest came on. I haven't seen that movie for a long time and I was so happy to hear it! I was like singing and dancing along with it! I love pixtar movies! Who dose not right?! I have the whole song memorized my heart! My neighboor was here to and she told me not to be scared of the beast! It was super cute. She sat on my lap and when ever the beast came she would jump!!!!!!!! So, let me tell y'all another story. In 2011Im went on this cruise to Mexico. It was one of my favorite vacations!!!!!They had a shrimp bar! Kids Favorite Lemonade

Did y'all know that lemonade has gone up like $2 since last summer!!!! That is a lot!!!!Plus the Lemonade is pure sugar!!!! It taste like liquid sugar! The main problem is kids love it! I will go down during the lunch periods and lots of kids have soda, cool aid pure sugar drinks, and this pure sugar lemonade.I hate to see kids drinking all that and having bags of chips and mountains of candy. I wanted to see if I could make a delicious lemonade. I still added some sugar because with out it it taste like bitter water. But I reduced it as much as possible so there wasn't to much. You have the ingredients in your house. So if you are grocery shopping with your kid and they ask you to but them a fruit punch, say that you can make lemonade at home. The great thing is they can't even taste the difference!!! If you put it in a bottle they would have no idea. But it is so much healthier and more fresh then store bought. Now you know it is freshly squeezed, y'all don't know how they make those juice boxes. I do admit, I love juice boxes!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are sugary so they are really sweet but this is much better and super refreshing!!!!! I know it is still cold out and there is supposed to be like 8-12 inches of snow.  So you won't go on a long walk come back in your house sweating but it is still nice to have a fresh refreshing drink!!!!!! I hope it snows!!! I love snow!!!!! School gets delayed and I get to sleep in! Then the days are shorter!!!!! What you know its snowing right now!!!!!!! Its snowing pretty hard so with some luck we could have enough to go sleding. I herd we are supposed to get like 10 inches!!!!!!!!!!!! So no school today!!!!!! I slept in till like 9:30!!!!AWESOME!!!!!

Y'all know what they say. When life gives you lemons make lemonade!!!!!!! I will be honest, I don't get that. But I follow it because who dose not love lemonade!!!! Really, I have never met any one who dose not like lemonade. When I go to Chick-Fil-A I still get lemonade and its done in less then a minute. I used to be this powder called Cristal light and you put it in a pitcher of cold water and you put the powder in and mix it!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is actually pretty good. But one day I just made homemade lemonade and I stoped buying it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am dead serios, I will be thirsty and just make a pitcher of lemonade any day any time!!!!!! Well I want to play in the snow so bye!

    Ingredients
1-1/2 cups and 1 tablespoon white sugar
    7-1/4 cups water
    1-1/3 cups lemon juice

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.Remove any seeds from lemon juice, but leave pulp(optional). In pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice and remaining 7 cups water.SERVE AND ENJOY!!!!

We all know we only get one life so I wanted to spend the Baby Jamie part of my life eating Monkey bread.I never did but I am spending this chunk of my life eating it.It is like heaven on a plate y'all. Anybody know hoe monkey bread got its name.Like I love it but really monkey bread.I have an idea stay here and I will look it up.Okay I don't know if this is true but apparently the Greek named it that to entertain children but don't go telling and spreading that around cause I'm not positive. Well if it is true they did a good job because kids in my family are all over it.I love nuts in my Monkey bread because it gives a crunch but those are optional know my younger sister dose not like nuts so yeh. Now here is one of my favorite parts, there are rasins in it!!!!!!! I am loving my life at the moment you go it nuts and rasins and spices to add up to this amazing great flavors and textures. I love Monkey bread!!!!!!!!!!! I don't eat it much but when I do I go crazy!!!!! Its so sweet and the texture is like nothing else and Holly Cow its good!!!!! There is this frozen monkey bread in a box that you can find in the freezer section of your store. Don't w\even go near buying it or look at it because it taste bad!!!!!!!!!!!!! The ooey gooey part of monkey bread that makes monkey bread so good is frozen and it dose not taste good even after you bake it! This is a great breakfast to. In my classes at work the kids love sweets. This is sweet but still a nice breakfast and the kids are all in good moods which is the best part! I needed to make up for all the lost time of my life not eating monkey bread so I make this all the time! This makes me go nuts when ever I eat it! Speaking of nuts........ I needed crunch so the next time I made it I added nuts and hat truly was the best monkey bread ever!!!!! I should open up a monkey bread store and just sell monkey bread. People would go nuts for that!!!!!!!!!!That would actually be cool. I need more monkey bread around here!!!!!!!!! I'm loving that idea!!!! Y'all watch cake boss? I love that show and the season finale was like 2 weeks ago but I just realized, I don't think they sell monkey bread there. They should! I was really excited for the Sandy Super storm Sandy  episode but I was a little upset how they did it.They barely showed any of it which kinda sucked!!! Well I am going to  go make some monkey bread so see you!

Super Sesame Chicken with Jasmine Rice

I think I have told you this like once before but I die for Chinese food! I would pay $200 if that is what it takes to get it!!!! I love very meat, veggie, soup, pasta, fried, steamed, etc. I beg my family to get them convinced we should have it for dinner! I will get chicken lomaine, beef and mixed veggies, steamed rice, steamed dumplings, wonton soup, egg rolls. Chow Mein, and like 2 other things. That is just my usual order! Everybody else in my family dose not like it. They say it makes their stomach hurt. So I decided to make my own Chinese food! I have made beef and broccoli and this other beef dish but I decided to make some sesame chicken. Many people eat peanut sauce with this but I just took it simple. I may not be Chinese but I make good Chinese food! Not to brag about myself but I am!!!! I made it the first time with a salad but I decided I need more of a side to go with the dish and I thought of some simple steamed Jasmine rice Jasmine rice is used in many traditional Chinese dishes along with sushi rice. Sushi rice is used more in Japenese foods along with being my favorite rice!! One of my favorite thing to order at the Chinese food restaurant is steamed rice. I like fried to but with this is steamed. Wow, I just gave y'all a whole thing on rice. I have like 4 kinds of rice in my house.  I eat a lot of chicken in  my house. I will NEVER EVER EVER NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, tell you this on any other recipe but this is the best recipe of chicken I have ate!!!!!!!!!! I am not just saying that!!!! Sesame chicken has a destiny that it has 110% done!!!!!!!! It is supposed to be the most flavorful chicken ever! Here I will help you imagine. So close your eyes, OH wait, Don't right now then you can't see the screen. So, close them after you read this. Think of a piece of juicy tender chicken with a little sherry, soy sauce, and some seasons, fried with  more seasons and sauces, with toasted sesame seeds on top and soft, white Jasmine rice!!!!!(now close your eyes and imagine in)!! Dose not it look good?! It taste great with some steamed veggies!!!!!! It is really good! The perfect delightful delicious dinner any time any day! I try to make this like 4 times a month but I want to make it more because its good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like if I had a dime for every time I have  ate this dish I would be rich!!!!!!!!! If you had a dime for how many comments you get the first time you make this dish you will be richer then me!!!!!!! I'm loving it! I have never liked poppy seeds. I know a few people who LOVE poppy seeds. Many people eat it with lemon curd. I think it taste awful. But I do like Sesame seeds. I eat Sesame seed bagels all the time and they give a nice flavorful crunch to any thing. Chicken is the best! I will say,  If sesame seeds aren't cooked right they can such. If you burn them they are devils!! Or if you season them badly. Its a win lose situation. So follow the recipe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You won't!!!!!!!!!! I'm actually watching Top Chef the finale. Down to Kristin and Brooke!!! I like them both so I don't care who wins. It was on like last week but I didn't get the chance to watch it!! So I'm trying to multitask and do a quick post. By the way, During school hours I can't post so you can look and read anything on here but don't expect any new recipes. Sometimes there will be if I do it the night before but useally not.So until like 3 I probably won't post. Just letting y'all know. I never go on my phone during work because we have a rule in the school that if a teacher sees your phone they take it away and your parents have to come get it after school. You also get a MIR home.  So I think it is unfair if I get to be on it and text(or play games) and they are doing work. I never really give homework either because when the kids are at home I feel they deserve to have their own time and do what they want. They already have like 7 hours of school a day they don't need more stress. I never eat in front of them either. That will just make them hungry and grumpy. So there are my teaching styles. OMG, Kristin won Top Chef!!!!!!!! You know, after I think of it, I don't know if that is fair. She didn't make it through the whole season so just won last chance kitchen. But thats awesome and its been my dream for a long time to win Top Chef or Chopped or something so GO KRISTIN!!! This is something a Top Chef would make! Fell welcome to higher the amount of vinigar or lower the sugar depending on how sweet you want the sauce. This is how I made it!!!!

    Duck Confit!!!!!!!!!

FIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!5!!!!!!!1,2,3,4,5!!!!!!!! You may ask, why 5!! This is 5 stars!!!!!!!!! This very dish got rated 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know I know I'm fabulous!!!!!!! Hold the applause!!!!  Anyway, I am busy!!!! Lots of family events going on right now like birthdays!!!! My grandma is turning 91 soon!!!!! So we are having a party and it is almost my sisters birthday on the 8 and I have been crazy!! So I haven't had time to post!!!!!!! I have been thinking about it but never had or even got the time!! But I have like 30 minutes before I want to start grading tests from my second period class! So y'all might ask, What is duck Confit? Well I will tell you. Definition 1- A traditional french dish, it is duck and it has a lot of fat on it but it kinda will wear away but it keeps the duck from drying out. when you cook it because you have herbs and berries that soak in the flavor them in. It pretty much cooks in its own fat so it can be in the fridge up to 6 months! Definition 2- THE BEST DUCK DISH EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know the first one sounds confusing but its not. I will say, serve this with mashed potatoes and green beans and make the best meal of your life! Out of every time I made this recipe it turned out amazing and I never got one dad review. That is why it ranked 5 stars!!!!!! YUM!!! I'm loving it! It is a great anniversary dinner! It is fancier then your average dinner because most people don't get duck every day but not so fancy it feels like you are at a resturaunt in Paris! I have always wanted to go to Paris. My uncle brought his girlfriend to Paris and proposed to her near the Eifel Tower!!! Isn't that romantic? It is the icing on the cake. Then they went out to dinner and they are still to together today with a kid!!!!!So there is my family in a nutshell. OMG, have y''all been outside? At least where I live it is really nice out. Sunny but windy. It is closer to cold then hot but without the wind it would be pretty warm. I love it! I barely got any snow near me! I didn't even get in inch! It would snow but not very much! Of course I was sad because I LOVE snow so we get 2 hour delays and I can sleep for another hour! I would be so happy, I hate getting out of bed. It is cold and I'm tired and I turn on the lights and it gets all bright!!!!! I hate it! I woke up this morning thinking it was Thursday and I told myself that I'm almost there and I could make it to the weekend. Its Wensday night and I can't keep my eyes open I just want it to be the weekend! How did we get so off subject? Okay back to the duck confit! I am to young to gamble (I know, you probably thought I was like 40 but you are like 3 decades off!). Anyway, enough about my age,. I am holding a contest!!!!! Here I will make a poster thing!
Oh one more thing. So this takes 2 months. Well, You let it cure but it is super easy.  So plain your days now! OMG, Y'all see Worst cooks in America? I was super sad to see Big Mike go! I was hoping he would make it much further! I like Carla!! I think she is hilarious and I hope she makes it far!!! The red team I don't know!Well I really have to go so bye!

    Ingredients-
    2 uncooked Peking duck legs
    1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 lemon, zested and thinly sliced
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
     1 tablespoon juniper berries
    2 sprigs fresh thyme
    2 cups rendered duck fat
    1 tablespoon whole allspice berries

    Directions-
    Preheat oven to 200 derees
Remove the duck legs from the marinade. Rinse them off and pat dry. Place the rest of the contents of the bag into the bottom of an oven safe dish, I like glass or ironArrange the duck legs skin side down in the dish. Pour the duck fat into a small saucepan and warm over low heat until liquid. Pour over the duck legs until they are completely covered.  Cover the dish with a lid. Bake for 6 to 7 hours in the preheated oven, until the meat pulls easily from the bone. Remove the duck legs from the fat and place in a sealable container. You may leave the bones in or remove them. Make sure there is room at the top of the container. Strain all of the solids from the remaining fat and discard the solids. Pour the fat over the duck in the container, covering completely. Seal and allow to come to room temperature. Once the jar is cool, place in the refrigerator and let the duck meat cure for 2 months.

But this is stars in my sky!!!!! Its cheesy noddles with alfredo. Alfredo is made of cream and cheese so it is so creamy and soft and cheesy  Then some juicy grilled chicken!!!! Y'all know how you can slurp up noodles. Like you put the end of it it your mouth and slurp it. Well out of all pasta dishes, this is the best to do that. My mind is like blank right now. Well I figured it needed protein so, I added some juicy grilled chicken!!!!  It is the easiest chicken I have ever made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just seasoned with salt and pepper and BAM! When I make something I like to present it all pretty looking. So I added three leaves of fresh basil from my garden.  Well,my dads garden. I went to their house for like 2 hours, I saw that there garden looked better then my own, so I decided to steal some basil. I took some rosemary to since I was making lemon and rosemary chicken the next day for dinner! So I came home, made my dinner and putted fresh basil on top! That was a dish that my family never forgot. I will be looking for ingredients in the house to make a quick dinner and they scream"Can you make the chicken alfredo". Then  if we don't have an ingredient to make it they will scream " well go buy what you need" Yup, that is my family for you! There aren't many ingredients and its quick and easy so you can just look around your house and you will probably have these ingredients! So you won't need to order out! Speaking of ordering out, my family rarely orders out but we did order out  yesturday. Guess what I got, Go on guess........... So you done guessing. Okay I can give you another minute.
