Its a clip-art birthday cake. I love clip-art these days. You can find anything even a picture of oven. There is so many cool/cute pics. I use them for work and presentations. They are awesome they help so much! You have probably realized but I have been putting a lot of little pictures these days on my newest post.
So lets talk about the actual dish here, shall we? We shall! So the waffles are light and fluffy, and they are the best waffles ever. I like light fluffy waffles so you bight into it and it is all , I don't know thw word. Maybe because it is so good you have to taste it to believe it! I'm loving it! Well like I said before I have a few birthday dishes of Malina's choice so g2g,bye!!!!!!!!!!1

Ingredients-
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 2/3 cups milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup
melted butter
3
egg whites, stiffly beaten
2/3 cup
blueberries
For the sauce-
3 tablespoons
honey
1 1/2 cups
blueberries
1/2 cup
orange juice
1 tablespoon
cornstarch
In a medium-large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and milk.
Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in butter, and set mixture aside for about 30 minutes.
Preheat a lightly greased waffle iron.Fold egg whites and 2/3 cup of the blueberries into the mixture. Scoop portions of the mixture into the prepared waffle iron, and cook until golden brown.
To prepare the sauce, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix 1 1/2 cups blueberries, honey and 1/4 cup orange juice. Bring to a boil.
Mix remaining orange juice and cornstarch in a small bowl, and stir into the blueberry mixture. constantly until thickened. Serve warm waffles.Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!
