But one thing I do really like is chicken salad.I like making a food a serving dish because it looks awesome. So I mad a tomato a cute tiny little bowl because this way I do not need to eat it. I actually came up with this because while the person called me and asked me to make something with tomatoes I was passing the ice cream section (my favorite section) and I saw waffle bowls. That is when I decided to make the tomato the serving plate so I do not need to eat the gross thing. Since it was a Halloween party I had to make it have a feature and everybody dresses up on Halloween right, well why not dress up a tomato. So I put a bunch of onions in it for decoration and they were a hit at my party.  So dress up your food and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
24 cherry tomatoes
Green onion tops cut into 1 1/4 inch strips
1/2 cup of  chicken salad

Make cuts in ends of each green onion and place in a bowl of cold water until curly
In small bowl mix chicken salad and horseradish
Place 1 tsp of chicken salad in each tomato
Place one green onion brush in top center of each tomato for stem
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love pumpkin muffins, bread, pancakes, cupcakes, cake, pie, but one of my favorite is pumpkin cheesecake. Every year for Thanksgiving that is one of the desserts a fantastic pumpkin cheesecake. It is so good I am making it early this year. Since I am making it for Halloween I wanted to make it look like a pumpkin and taste like pumpkin. So I added a chocolate brownie face . The pumpkin and the brownie go super good together and it goes great with Halloween. Cheesecake is not very easy to make but the first time I made this I was presently surprised by how easy it was. But I did not just want to put orange icing on a cookie so I got creative. I decided to use candies to make little bats and cats two popular Halloween symbols. Since this cookie has icing I used a sugar cookie because I think if you put icing on a cookie that is the best kind to use. These are detailed with the faces wings for the bat and whiskers foe the cat. These are wild in flavor and a spooky Halloween presentation. I love Halloween it is the one time where you just eat candy and sweets and the looks off all the food and you get to hand out candy and scare people.I love throwing a party for Halloween they are so much fun and I love them. For cats use orange frosting cookies and unroll  licorice and use for whiskers and bend to make ears
Add two green m&ms and one chocolate chip for nose
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chocolate cat cookies

They are so cute. Cats are sweet and adorable but these are scary cats made for Halloween. Like I have said one million times before I love chocolate. So I made triple chocolate cookies and put chocolate sprinkles on top. Halloween is about eating sweets and being creative in the kitchen and that is kinda when I decided to make cookies look like cats but not only do they look like cats they have faces, I even made3 little whiskers. They are super chocolaty and taste great. Well too be fair anything really chocolatey is good but still these rock. In all my years of cooking I have found outr kids love shapes. I am dead serious they love like animal shapes so I like to get creative and give them something they love besides the cookie. So have  some fun, make these and enjoy!!!!! (and go trick-or-treating).

So I was going to have this Halloween party and I had to make dessert. I made about three but this one was my favorite. The different kinds of pudding and the whipped cream are amazing. Everybody loves these because they have a creamy texture and a sweet flavor for Halloween. They are super easy to make and they look like candy corn. I sware they are amazing. The first bite you get of this you get that creamy flavor and you are in heaven. Then I put some real candy corn pieces on top for a garnish and it is as good of a taste as it is in presentation. What I love about this is there are a bunch of cups not just one big one so everybody can just have there own instead of keep going up to get more. Enjoy your Halloween/candy corn treat.

Wormy apple bars

I love any thing with baked apples.Apple pie, crisp, tart, pastry, dumplings, even bars. You have probably herd of a worm in an apple.Well worms creep me out they are all slimy and gross. All the apple  desserts I told you about have cinnamon and I decided I would keep those flavors because they go super well together. To be honest for me the gummy worms are a complete decoration. I  really do not like gummy candy's. I hate the texture and I do not even think the flavor is that good. Since you actually bake one big thing and cut it into bars everybody can just have there own and it rocks!!!!!! This has piles flavors on top because you have the crust then the apple filling then the cinnamon crunchy bars and for a little decoration, some gummy worms.Enjoy!!!

Halloween peanut butter Cookie pizza

I love cookies. When I was younger instead of  a birthday cake I would want a birthday giant cookie. When I make cookies When I make cookies on any given day I just make regular size but my birthday is a special day (should be a national day where work and school is off in my opinion "but no then everybody would want theirs  off too) Any way Halloween is a time for treats and this cookie is a treat. This has a peanut butter flavor and it is awesome. My favorite cookie is a traditional chocolate chip cookie so I made the base that and in place of sauce I used peanut butter. Instead of cheese I used peanut butter candies, and just to give it a Halloween flare I added some sweet white icing too look like a spider web but taste like heaven. So I made this and I decided it needed something like a crunch texture.I needed to put something on to match the peanut butter flavor and then it hit me. I would add some peanuts. So I made it again with the peanuts and OMG it was amazing. If your kids are like the kids I know then they love just the sight of a giant cookie and they love the taste. So put on your Halloween spirit and costume. Enjoy!!!!!

Cheese filled Jack-o-lantern rolls

Yum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love any thing filled with cheese. I am not kidding like there are these hot pretzel  sticks filled with cheese at the movie theater and I get them every time I go there. OMG they are amazing. I figured I would not be able to make as good of a hot pretzel as them but I can make a roll. The cheese is American and I used  an orange cheese to get in the spirit of Halloween.  Then I got this genius idea. I will make it a Jack-o-lantern. The rolls are rolls so they are small and round, So if you stack them on top of each other then they look like one big circle. After that I just added a face and some cool spooky features and I had myself a Jack-o-lantern. It is a perfect Halloween appetizer and side to a delightful delicious dinner and perfect for  Halloween. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are easy to make and it really helps you get  into the spirit for Halloween. Kids and adults love these and they are super easy to make.  They are tiny so some times I like to serve them as a appetizer but they are also a perfect side to any dish. That is important to me because once when I was maybe like nine years old and I got spaghetti and meatballs. Those meatballs completely were the absolute positivity worst meatballs I have ever eaten. They were dry with no flavors or textures and they taste terrible like I knew there are such thing as a bad meatball ( not on my blog) but that bad was out. So I decided to make some meatballs the next day and I chose this recipe. I still make it I mean it taste great. Then a few weeks later we had some of our family  friends come over. Well we needed a appetizer and you might of guessed I made these. Everybody loved these and said they were full of flavor and they are. They are easy to make to just make a quick meatball batch and put them on a plate then serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But you do not have to invite people over for a party it is already a party just a party of flavors. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Strawberry Spinach salad

I do not like salad. The only salad I would ever eat is a ceaser because it had cheese and croutons then half the lettuce is covered in dressing. I realized I had to start eating it more but I figured if I have to eat it I might as well just make it enjoyable. So I added fresh Strawberry's Almonds for a crunch then some flavors and seasonings to get all the flavor up there. Vinegar is not in my house much. But vinegar and strawberry's go good as a salad or vinaigrette. So I made this then I ate and tried it and I loved it. The flavors are great and so are the textures. I am a picky texture eater. I need to have a crunch nothing soggy but have a soft component. Then on top of that the dish has to have awesome flavor. This is a healthy easy side to make with any delightful delicious dinner and  it will add some cool flavor. I can eat this everyday and it is so easy to make I can and so can you. Trust me you Will love this my friends and family do. I got the idea at a restaurant when my mom ordered a salad just like this and it looked good (shocker for me) so I figured I should make this at home for everybody and I did. This works as a appetizer or side so you have a lot to choose from. This is so yummy and creative you will love it So enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Herbed pork with apples

So this is love oh oh oh oh so this is love,so this is what I have been dreaming off. Cinderella just came out on blue ray dvd so I have been hearing that song on so many commercials I can memorize it. I have all three of those movies and I have seen the movies so many times I am to lazy to count. I love pork with apples especially on a Sunday night. All the herbs on the pork so really well with this cut of meat then you have apples (one of my favorite fruits) and it goes amazing it fits in like a puzzle piece with this dish. But then the maple syrup and brown sugar makes and gives a sweetness to the dish so the you have all these flavors and they go great and once it gets in your mouth it is super good. Me and my family love this dish and we have been making it for a long time and we still love it and you will too once you try this thing. You are going towant to cry when you finish this dish but do not worry just like Cinderella says make a wish and wait for it to come true and you will have more of this in less then a week because it is so amazingly good.

Beef and broccoli

I love Chinese food. For my birthday I always want that but I decided I wanted to make some myself. So I got this recipe and I will say it is really good. Not as good as the beef and broccoli at Human China house but still really good. The soy sauce helped tie in all those flavors and it gives a little salt kick to it. When you cook the beef it makes like a sauce and when you put this over the rice it soaks in and is like a master piece. Then you have the broccoli and it gets all soft and flavorful and it is the one time your kid will eat broccoli I love this dish because its easy and cheap. All my friends and family love this dish so I will bet you, yours will too. You can not have a good meat dish unless you have good meat, and this cut of beef is juicy and flavorful and really good (especially with broccoli) OMG '' flashback'' so once I made this dish and it was a busy night so we were eating late. So I had no idea what I was gonna make then it hit me. I wanted to order out Chinese food. But no body else wanted that so I made this and OMG it was to die for. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 pound of beef cut into thin slices
 Salt and pepper
1 onion, thinly sliced

Reduce heat and cover.
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
