French toast casserole

Hello I have a package for you it has a bunch of flavors and textures. This dish has so many flavors and textures that you can get a package in the morning. I love just waking up to a new day and smelling the cinnamon and eating the whole thing. It is a easy healthy way to start the day. Make for your friends and family and when you do they will come to your house every day. My family loved this. It is a good start to any day especially a school day. So enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
5 cups bread cubes
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon margarine, softened
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions- 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees . 
Lightly butter an 8x8 inch baking pan. 
Line bottom of pan with bread cubes. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 
salt and vanilla. pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with margarine; let stand for 10 minutes. 
Combine remaining 2 tablespoons sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake in preheated oven about 45 to 50 minutes, until top is golden.
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meatloaf for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are a meatloaf maniac well this is the meatloaf of your dreams. The moist meat in the amazing sauce just makes wanna get up and say OMG. I admit I am not a big meatloaf fan. But one day I had this for dinner with my family and said I am soooooooooooooooooo putting this on my blog. It is super easy to make and a delightful delicious dinner to have any time any day. Its great with mashed potatoes to. So if you are a meatloaf maniac try this if your not,try this any way and you will become one.

Ingredients-
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon of salt  
1/4 teaspoon  black pepper
2 eggs
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar 
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 cup  sugar
2 teaspoons mustard

 Directions- 
Preheat oven to 350 
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, ground black pepper, eggs, onion flakes and 1/2 of the can of tomato sauce.
 Mix together well 
Push the meatloaf down into the pan forming a well for the sauce around all the edges. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, white sugar and mustard.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat 
After meatloaf has cooked for 40 minutes, remove from oven and pour sauce over the top of the meatloaf. 
Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 more minutes. 
Let sit 5 minutes before removing from pan. 
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Salad with cranberries feta cheese and toasted almonds

I love salad. This is like a Greek salad. There is so many flavors in one bite with the crunch of the almond the saltiness of the feta cheese and the cranberries. This is a super healthy light dish that you can eat for lunch a light brunch or a side to a delightful delicious dinner. This is probably the best salad I have ever had and I had a lot of salads in my life. This is for you with only a few ingredients. Enjoy the salad with friends and family. Well have fun eating the best thing ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
A bag of Bib or Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 a cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup of sliced almonds
1 tsp of salt


Directions-
Wash lettuce and but in a bowl
Over a small pan over medium heat toast the almonds till lightly brown and put a tsp of salt on
But feta cheese and cranberries in the bowl with the lettuce and mix
Add the toasted almonds still very lightly warm
Mix everything together till well combined.
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lemon roasted chicken breast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Season to the right season to the left get some lemon here now get the herbs here now to have a delightful delicious dinner yeh. This is amazing all the herbs and the lemon just go together amazing and with the moist juicy chicken it is to die for. This is a great dinner for any day of the week and if you eat it once you will want it everyday of the week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
1/4 cup of olive oil
3 tablespoons of minced garlic
1/3 cup of dry white wine
1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest
1 1/2tspof dried oregano
1 tsp of thyme leaves
Salt and pepper
4 boneless chicken breast
1 lemon (for juice)

Directions-
Preheat oven to 400
Warm olive oil over medium-low heat
Add the garlic and cook for one minute( do not turn brown )
Take off heat and add white wine,lemon zest,lemon juice,oregano,thyme,and saltpour into a backing dish (9x12 inch)
Put the chicken breast skin side up over the sauce and brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Cut lemon in 8wedges and put in the backing dish 
Bake 30-40 minutes or until skin is slightly brown. (put in boiler for 2 minutes if it isn't brown enough)
Let rest foe 10 minutes
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sausage stuffed mushrooms

I am a big Italian sausage fan.But to be honest I don't like mushrooms. One day Somebody gave 2 boxes of fresh mushrooms and I didn't what them to spoil so I knew I would have to  make some. So I got  to a butcher section in the store and find this amazing fresh looking sausage so I bought it and decided to make a stuff mushrooms with Italian sausage. This is a perfect side to any delightful delicious dinner sonothing left to say but enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
16 large mushrooms
 5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons Marsala wine
3/4 pound Italian sausage
3/4 cup of scallion
2 tsp of garlic
Salt and pepper
2/3 cup of panko bread crumbs
5 ounces mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese 
2 1/2minced fresh parsley

Directions-
Preheat oven to 350
Trim and chop mushroom stems
Put the top of the mushroom in a shallow bowl with Marsala wine and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add sauge and crumble with a wooden spoon
Cook 8-10 minutes or until fully browned
Add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes
Add scallions,salt,pepper,and garlic stir occasionally 
Add panko bread crumbs stir in with everything else in the pan
Then add Mascarpone cheese and cook till it is melted and the mixture is creamy
Take of heat and add parmesan and oarsley
Fill each mushroom and bake 50 minutes or until slightly brown

Sticky chocolate brownies

I love chocolate brownies so one day I get a cook book that is all brownies. There is everything and I picked to put this one on cause it was simply the best. It is like a chocolate sticky amazing heaven. This is a great dessert to put at the end of any delightful delicious dinner. It is also perfect with ice cream and will lighten and brighten your day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
3 oz of butter
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup  of brown sugar
4 1/2 oz of semisweet chocolate
1tbsp of corn syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3/4 cup of flour
2 tbsp of coca
1/2 tsp of baking powder

Directions-
Preheat oven to 350
Place sugar,brown sugar,butter, and corn syrup in a heavy bottomed saucepan stir until blended and smooth on low heat
Remove from heat and let cool
Beat together eggs and vanilla and whisk into the chocolate mixture
Swift together flour,coca,and baking powder and fold into the egg and chocolate mixture
Spoon into the pan and bake 25-30 minutes
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Key lime pie

Key lime pie is a family favorite in my house. I love how it is so fresh with the key lime taste then the nice crust it is amazing. I can eat this everyday. I love when something is so easy to make and ts so yummy cause you can make it any time without worries. This is a perfect dessert to  ant delightful delicious dinner and it will brighten your day.

Ingredients-
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 stick  butter, melted 

For the filling:
6 large egg yolks, at room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1  can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons grated lime zest
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (4 to 5 limes) 

Directions-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
For the crust, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in a bowl. Press into a pie pan, making sure the sides and the bottom are an even thickness. 
Bake for 10 minutes (cool completely).
For the filling, beat the egg yolks and sugar on high speed in the bowl of an electric mixer for 5 minutes, until thick. 
With the mixer on medium speed, add the condensed milk, lime zest, and lime juice. Pour into the baked pie shell and freeze.
Serve and enjoy

Chocolate mousse

Me and my family love mousse. So one day I decided to make chocolate mousse and it was sooooooooooo good I just had to put it on here. I like how the texture of mousse is kinda light and floppy. This is a perfect dessert to have after a delightful delicious dinner .Its a easy way to give your friends and family a dish they will all love and trust me you will too.

Ingredients-
5 1/4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
14 ounces cold heavy cream
3 large egg whites
1-ounce sugar
Sweetened whipped cream,  (optional)

Directions-
Place chocolate in a large bowl set over a double boiler at a low simmer. 
Stir chocolate until melted. Turn off the heat and let rest.
Beat the cream over ice until it forms soft peaks. 
Set aside and hold at room temperature. 
With a mixer, whip egg to soft peaks. Gradually add the sugar and continue whipping until firm.
Remove the chocolate from the double boiler and using a whisk, fold in the egg whites all at once. When the whites are almost completely incorporated, fold in the whipped cream. 
Cover the mousse and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until set
Put some whipped cream on top(optional)
Serve and enjoy

Chicken noodle soup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love soup. If it wasn't so hot in the summer I would eat it everyday. My favorite soup has always been chicken noodle. I love the yummy chicken with the warm broth and noodles. This  is a delightful delicious dinner that is a easy healthy way to make your day brighter. It is also good if you are sick. So make this on a cold winter way and it will add some sunshine.


Ingredients-
2 tablespoons  olive oil
2 medium carrots, (peeled and chopped)
1 parsnip, peeled and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 bay leaves, fresh or dried
Salt and pepper
6 cups good quality chicken stock
1 pound chicken breast tenders, (diced)
1/2 pound wide egg noodles
A handful fresh parsley, chopped
A handful fresh dill, chopped

Directions-

Place a large pot over moderate heat and add olive oil.
Add vegetables to the pot as you chop,
Add bay leaves and season vegetables with salt and pepper,
Add stock to the pot and raise flame to bring liquid to a boil. Add diced chicken tenderloins, return soup to a boil, and reduce heat back to moderate.
 Cook chicken 2 minutes and add noodles.
 Cook soup an additional 6 minutes or until noodles are tender and remove soup from the heat.
Stir in parsley and dill, (remove bay leaves and serve)
Serve and enjoy :-)

Amazing Chili

This is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are a lot of spices in this chili which makes this have a ton of flavors and this has a perfect texture. What I love about this is there are many ways to go to a bowl of chili to a bake potatoes to tortilla chips. It is delightful delicious dinner that is a traditional dish with a little flare with some spices and its great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Ingredients-
2 pounds ground beef
2 cloves garlic, chopped
One 8-ounce can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup masa harina (corn flour made from Mexico)
One 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
One 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed


Directions-
Place the ground beef in a large pot and throw in the garlic.
Cook over medium heat until browned. Drain off the excess fat, and then pour in the tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and cayenne. 
Stir together well, cover, and then reduce the heat to low. 
Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. If the mixture becomes overly dry, add 1/2 cup water at a time as needed.
After an hour, place the masa harina in a small bowl. Add 1/2 cup water and stir together with a fork. Dump the masa mixture into the chili. 
Stir together well, and then taste and adjust the seasonings. Add more  water to get the chili to your preferred consistency,
 Add the beans and simmer for 10 minutes.

The best of the best grilled swordfish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Swordfish are a great tasting fish with lots of flavors. So I knew I wanted to  create a dish that brings out it natural flavor but add some of my own flare to it, so I came up with this delightful delicious dinner that is a juicy grilled swordfish. It is a great taste with an amazing marinate that will be a extend to your Grilling menu it might take a while to marinate but when it is done it is amazing!!!!!!!!!!


Ingredients-
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest (2 lemons)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup minced  ginger root
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6  swordfish steaks
Salt

Directions-
Combine the soy sauce, canola oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, ginger root, garlic, and mustard in a bowl.
 Pour half the sauce in a low flat dish that's just large enough to hold the swordfish in one layer.
 Place the swordfish on top of the sauce and spread the remaining sauce on top. 
 Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or  overnight.
Thirty minutes before you're ready to serve, build a charcoal fire or preheat a gas grill.
When the coals are medium-hot, brush the cooking grate with oil to prevent the fish from sticking.
Remove the fish from the marinade, and discard the marinade.
Sprinkle the fish on both sides with salt and place it over the coals.
Cook for 5 minutes on each side, just until it's no longer pink in the middle.
Serve and enjoy

Grilled cheese with tomatoes

Three words that describe this, Delightful Delicious Dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!! With the crunch of the bread the fresh basil a kick of the cheese and the juicy tomatoes this is a dinner winner. This is super easy to make that is perfect on a school night or just a family night. It is a delightful delicious spin on a ordinary sandwich to a amazing one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
1/2 cup olive oil
1large garlic clove
8 slices Italian bread
1 pound smoked mozzarella cheese(sliced)
2 ripe tomatoes,( thinly sliced)
8 basil leaves (torn)

Directions-
Heat a grill pan over medium low to medium heat. 
Heat oil and garlic in a small pot over low heat. 
Brush 4 slices of the bread with garlic and  oil on 1 side. 
Place garlic and oil side down on the grill.
Top with sliced cheese, tomato and basil. Place another slice of bread on top of each sandwich.
 Brush sandwiches with garlic and oil.
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mac and cheese with grilled tomatoes

So if you are stuck buying mac and cheese from boxes well you will love cheese. This time you know that it is real cheese real pasta real tomatoes and amazing flavor. Mac and cheese is a popular dish and this way you can make it in your own home for a delightful delicious dinner that is a kid favorite. So next time your child tells you they want mac and cheese try this they will love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Ingredients-
Salt and pepper
vegetable oil
I pound elbow cheese 
1 stick of butter
1/2 pound of flour
4 cups Gruyere(grated)
 2 cups of cheddar
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
3-4 tomatoes
11/2 cup of bread crumbs

Directions-

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Put oil into a large pot of boiling water. Add the macaroni 
 Meanwhile, heat the milk in a small saucepan, ( don't boil it)
Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a large pot and add the flour. 
Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, (stirring with a whisk.) 
While whisking, add the hot milk and cook for a minute or two more, until thickened.
 Off the heat, add the Gruyere, Cheddar, 1 tablespoon salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the cooked macaroni and stir well. Pour into a baking dish.
Slice the tomatoes and put on top. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, combine them with thebread crumbs, and sprinkle on the top. 
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, ( macaroni should be  browned on the top.)
Serve and enjoy

Buttermilk pecan chicken

This is a perfect chicken. It is as moist chicken and a nice crunchy outside it is a amazing taste in texture but has a amazing flavor. This is a delightful delicious dinner that is a great dish for you and your friends and family any day any time!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
2 boneless chicken breast
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup toasted pecans
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup vegetables oil
Salt and pepper

Direction-
Wrap chicken in plastic wrap and pound 1/3 inch thick
In a bowl add chicken and buttermilk marinate for one hour in fridge 
Put pecans in a food processor, when grounded mix well with panko bread crumbs
Mix chicken in the pecans and panko bread crumbs
Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken breast 4-5 minutes on each side till golden brown
Dab with napkin  to get off any oil
Serve and enjoy!!!!!

Deviled eggs

Clap clap clap clap your hands and put them together for deviled eggs. These are a great side to make for a BBQ ,picnic, or a great party snack. So if you make a delightful delicious dinner and need a side well this will be perfect with a great amount of flavor you will find yourself making these instead of baking with old eggs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
7 eggs (boiled and peeled)
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons of pickled relish
1 tsp of mustard
Salt and pepper

Directions-
Cut eggs in half
Mash egg yolks with a fork stir in mayonnaise, pickled relish, mustard, and salt and pepper
Put on top of the eggs
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!

Lemon Rosemary marinated Halibut

Three word that stand for Halibut, Delightful delicious dinner.  I love Halibut so one day I tried to make a new marinate and I came up with a  lemon rosemary marinate. So I made the marinate and grilled the Halibut and it was amazing. This is a easy healthy way to make a delightful delicious dinner for everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!


Ingredients-
3 tablespoons of dry white wine
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary
4 halibut steaks
Salt and pepper

Directions-
Whisk together the wine,lemon juice, olive oil and rosemary in a small shallow backing dish. 
Add the halibut and turn to coat. 
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 
Preheat grill
Remove fish from marinade and season with salt and pepper. 
Grill  for 3 to 4
Serve and enjoy

Potatoes with Swiss cheese

I am a big fan of potatoes. I love to make healthy ways to create them and what better  ways to make them then with cheese.I think Swiss cheese goes really well with potatoes. Ingredients-
2-3 bags Potatoes (sliced)
2-4 packs Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions-
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Put half the the potatoes in a oven safe dish
Rip  Swiss cheese into pieces and put across potatoes
Put another layer of potatoes on top then another layer of Swiss cheese
Put another layer of potatoes and put in oven 40-67 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheese pennie pasta

I love mac and cheese . So I decided one day to make my own and it was a delightful delicious dinner. I think this is a kid friendly dish that will score big points in your family. This dish dose not have a lot of  ingredients witch is perfect and they are ingredients that you probably have in your house !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Ingredients-
Pennie pasta
Salt and pepper
4 ounces White cheddar  cheese (grated)
1/2 cup of Milk
2 tsp  of Dijon mustard
3/4 cup heavy cream

Directions-
Bring a large saucepan of  water to a boil over high heat. Add pasta and drain when cooked
Return pasta to the saucepan.
Whisk milk with Dijon in small bowl and add to the pot with cooked pasta,Add with cream and grated Cheddar.
Stir over medium-low heat until the cheese melts and the mixture and thick.
Season with salt and pepper
Serve and enjoy

Duck with cherry sauce

Can you say delightful delicious dinner? Duck goes really well with berry's. One day I got some duck breast and decided to make a cherry sauce. The flavor of the cherry is amazing with the duck that you think they were made for each other. Try making this for a birthday or anniversary and you will have the best special day ever!!!!!!!!!!



Ingredients-
4 boneless duck breast
Salt and pepper
2 small shallots (minced)
1/4 cup of ruby port wine
1/3 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice and 1 tsp of orange zest
1/2 cup frozen black cherries chopped and thawed

Directions-
Preheat oven to 400
Score and season both sides of duck (use a knife to score and season with salt and pepper)
In a large nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, place the duck breasts skin side down.
Sear the breasts until the skin is golden brown about 10 minutes Then sear  other side about 3 minutes.
Place the seared duck breasts in a backing dish skin side up, and put them in oven Cook for 12 minutes. Remove the duck breasts and let sit for  5-8 minutes
Pour off most duck fat from skillet, and place it back on the stove top over medium heat.
Add the shallots and saute  Pour in the port wine and orange juice,  (scrape of brown bits on the bottom of the pan).
Add the orange zest and chopped cherries and bring to a boil. simmer for about 5 minutes to reduce.
Serve with duck and enjoy

Shrimp Scampi

I love shrimp. But I also love pasta and if you add them together you will come out as a delightful delicious dinner. This dish has favor to flavor with all the right texture .The shrimp and pasta complement each other so well that it seems impossible. So make this for your friends and family at any occasion and BA-BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
 2 pounds of shrimp (peeled and devined)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Angil hair pasta
1/2 stick of butter
2 lemons

Directions-
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the shrimp on a sheet pan with  olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well, coo for 6 to 8 minutes,until pink
 Drizzle some olive oil in a large pot of boiling water, add the angel hair pasta, and cook.
Drain the pasta, keeping some of the water. Quickly toss the angel hair with the melted butter,  olive oil, the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, \ pepper and about 1/2 cup of the pasta liquid.
 Add the shrimp

Sweet and spicy bacon chicken

This is amazing. It is such a healthy easy dinner that is a great way to feed your friends and family. It is a delightful delicious dinner that you can enjoy any day of the week. With this dish you don't need to worry if everybody in your family has a different taste cause this is sweet and spicy but still delightful and delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
3 boneless chicken brest cut into fourths
Salt and pepper
garlic powder
chili powder
brown sugar

Directions-
Season all chicken slices with all seasons and wrap a piece of bacon around each piece
Roll in brown sugar and put into a oven pan with a little oil (2-3 tablespoons)
Bake at 400 degrees 30-40 minutes
Serve and enjoy

Homemade biscuits

OMG these are amazing. I made these once they were gone in less the 10 seconds.Words can not describe how good these are.I love these so much. They are a great side to add to a delightful delicious dinner.Tou might wanna double the batch cause these are so good that they are gone in like 10 seconds.

Ingredients-
2 cups of bisquick
1/2 cups of sour cream ( or plain greek yougart)
1/2 cups of sprite or seven up soda
1/4 cup melted butter


Directions-
Preheat oven  to 450
Mix all ingredients together
Cook till it is rised and lightly browned
Serve and enjoy

Chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter icing

Words can not describe how much I love chocolate. So one day I decided to make cupcakes but I didn't have one of the ingredients for the icing. So I decided to make a peanut butter icing and it came out delightful and delicious and now it is one of my favorite things to make!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Ingredients-
1 1/2 sticks of butter
2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cups of brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of buttermilk
1/2 of sour cream
2 tablespoons of brewed coffee
1 3/4 flour
 1 cup of coca powder
1 1/2 tsp backing soda
1/2tsp of salt

Directions-
Preheat oven to 350
Cream the butter and both sugars about 5 minutes (or until fluffy)
Add eggs and vanilla and mix well
In a separate bowl whisk together buttermilk,sour cream,and coffee.
In a separate bowl sift flour,coca,baking soda, and salt.
Add flour mixture and the buttermilk mixture into the butter and flour and stir to well mixed
Put batter in cupcake liners and bake 20-26 minutes


Ingredients (frosting)-
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
5 tablespoons butter
3/4 tspvanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup oh heavy cream

Directions-
Mix  sugar,peanut butter,butter,vanilla,and salt mix on medium speed
Mix in heavy cream on high speed.
when well mixed spread on cupcakes
Serve and enjoy



Chocolate chip banana bread

Can you say delightful delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Banana bread is like my favorite thing to make when I have a lot of bananas. So one day I decided to put in some chocolate chips. Bananas and chocolate are a great combination especially when baked because the chocolate melts in your mouth but you still have a bit of a banana flavor!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
 1/4 tsp  of salt
1/2cup of butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/3 cup of mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions-
Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl mix flour,salt,and baking soda
In a different bowl cream together butter and brown sugar
Put in eggs and the bananas (mashed) and stir to well blended
Mix in flour mixture and add chocolate chips
Spray pan with cooking spray and pour batter into the pan
Cook 60-65 minutes
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Panko crusted salmon

This rocks the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love how its flaky salmon with the crunchy outside. This is a delightful delicious dinner that you can share with your friends and family that is a  great easy way for you to get a great dinner (perfect on school nights) This has the whole package to flavor,texture, and everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Ingredients-
2/3 cup of panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest
Salt and pepper
4salmon fillets (skin on)
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Directions-
Preheat oven to 450
In a small bowl mix panko, parsley,lemon zest,salt and pepper
Put salmon on a board skin side down and brush with Dijon mustard and season with salt and pepper then put panko mixture on the top.
Heat vegetable oil in a over medium-high heat
When hot put salmon in skin side down 3-4 minutes
Then put in oven 5-8 minutes (till salmon is cooked and panko is brown).
Let cool for a few minutes
Serve and enjoy.

Mini onion quiches

I love quiche and I love to make really awesome creative ones by taking my favorite flavors and putting them to one delightful delicious dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  The creative in because this crust is made out of saltine crackers (my favorite) Then for flavor I did a saute onion and egg quiche and this was a winner for dinner.

 Ingredients-
3/4 cups of crushed saltine crackers
1/2 sticks of melted butter
Another 2 tablespoons of butter (to saute onions)
1 cup of green onions (diced)
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1cup of grated Swiss cheese

Directions-
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter and put in in mini muffin pans(spray with a cooking spray). Saute onions for about 10 minutes in the 2 tablespoons of butter. Cool then put on top of cracker crumbs. Beat eggs then add milk, salt, pepper, and Swiss cheese. Pour  on top of onions in tins ( you may want to use a spoon and do not fill to top it rises a little and could overflow)Bake about 15 to 20 minutes.Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Baked cheese sticks

Wanna party? Well with these you can. These are baked not fried so there are no oils and are much healthier. These are a delightful delicious snack that are easy to make but great in taste and texture. You can make a much healthier snack for you friends and family if you bake not fry. Try these and you will see what I mean.

Ingredients-
cheese sticks
milk
bread crumbs

Directions-
Preheat oven to 425
Cut cheese sticks into small pieces
Fill a bowl with milk and put cheese stick pieces in it
Put cheese stick pieces in bread crumbs and put on a oven pan
Bake 8-11 minutes
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

Blueberry muffins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you want to have blueberries for breakfast? Well with these you and your family can have a family breakfast with a delightful delicious treat.These taste great any day try them on a school day your kids can start the day with a healthy snack. Hope you enjoy the blueberries for breakfast.

Ingredients-
1 1/2 of butter
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup of  milk
2 1/2 cup of flour
2 tsp of backing powder
1/2tsp of backing soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup of blueberries (you can put more or less if you want)

Direction-
Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl cream butter and sugar till light and kinda fluffy(in electric mixer)
Add the eggs,milk,sour cream,and vanilla
Sift together flour,backing powder, backing soda( in a separate bowl)
Slowly add the flour mixture into the mixture
When completely mixed add blueberries
Put in pan and bake 25-35 minutes
Serve and enjoy

Special occasion steak and cheese sandwiches

One word for these ,AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has all the combinations of a juicy steak to sweet peppers and onions to cheese. So ask yourself what makes a good sandwich and the answer to that is the bread. The bread can make or break a sandwich and with this is makes it delightful and delicious.  Filet Mignon  is a high quality steak that is why i am putting it on a high quality sandwich!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Ingredients-
2 onions
2 red peppers
Flank steak(steak thinly sliced)
baguettes (rolls)
provolone  cheese(optional)


Directions-
Season steak with salt and pepper ( put on oil to prevent from sticking)
Put on grill
Cut peppers and onions and put in a pan
Cut rolls in half and put on the grill until they are slightly brown
When peppers and onions are soft and brown remove from heat
Steak should be medium rare ( you can cut into pieces)
Put steak on bread with peppers and onions and cheese
serve and enjoy

BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp

 I love BBQ and shrimp I figured how about add them together and it taste great. But still needed something. So I decided to wrap it in bacon and it was a delightful delicious dinner!!!!! This is a great family dinner that will taste great party to party.

Ingredients-
BBQ sauce
bacon
shrimp
 toothpicks

 Directions-
 put BBQ sauce on shrimp and put on a medium skillet with butter over medium heat
Start cooking bacon on a skillet
When bacon is done put some BBQ sauce on it
When shrimp is pink put on a toothpick
Wrap in backing
Serve and enjoy


Pasta with chicken and fresh vegetables!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Time to party with the pasta!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is easy to make and will full your family's belly. You can give them the vegetable's and the whole gran they need.So this is the whole package with a delightful delicious dinner that has whole gran and vegetables. The juicy tomatoes and the blanched spinach with the flavorful chicken will blow your mind

Ingredients-
Whole gran Pennie pasta
spinach
cherry tomatoes
boneless chicken breast
olive oil
chicken stock
garlic
white wine

Directions-
Put the pasta in a pot over high heat filled with water
Season chicken with salt and pepper and cut into chunks
Put the chicken in a pan with the olive oil
When chicken is brown and fully cooked remove from heat
In a pan but garlic white wine and chicken stock
Cut tomatoes in half and season salt and pepper (while sauce is reducing)
When reduced put in tomatoes and spinach
Then put in the chicken and pasta and mix
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
