Ingredients-
Pennie pasta
Salt and pepper
4 ounces White cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 cup of Milk
2 tsp of Dijon mustard
3/4 cup heavy cream
Directions-
Bring a large saucepan of water to a
boil over high heat. Add pasta and drain when cooked
Return
pasta to the saucepan.
Whisk milk with Dijon in small bowl and add to the pot with cooked
pasta,Add with cream and grated Cheddar.Stir over medium-low heat until the cheese melts and the mixture and thick.
Season with salt and pepper
Serve and enjoy
