Panko crusted salmon

This rocks the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love how its flaky salmon with the crunchy outside. This is a delightful delicious dinner that you can share with your friends and family that is a  great easy way for you to get a great dinner (perfect on school nights) This has the whole package to flavor,texture, and everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Ingredients-
2/3 cup of panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest
Salt and pepper
4salmon fillets (skin on)
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Directions-
Preheat oven to 450
In a small bowl mix panko, parsley,lemon zest,salt and pepper
Put salmon on a board skin side down and brush with Dijon mustard and season with salt and pepper then put panko mixture on the top.
Heat vegetable oil in a over medium-high heat
When hot put salmon in skin side down 3-4 minutes
Then put in oven 5-8 minutes (till salmon is cooked and panko is brown).
Let cool for a few minutes
Serve and enjoy.
