Bring on the Fruit dip! Come on bring it to me. Oh yeh I am supposed to be giving this to you so here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I make this at the a Superbowl party and the team who we like are winning then everybody is like shouting and there arms are in the air and we are screaming and then everybody goes to the dips. Dips are my favorite thing to serve at a Superbowl party because they are so easy to make so you can make a bunch of different kinds. Plus I like just having a bunch of stuff to dip into it.The first time I made this it was actually New Years eve. I loved it so much so I made it again then the Superbowl came around and ba bam here we are. My family had had this dip before and on the time I made it on the Superbowl and the two teams in the Superbowl were Steelers and the Packers. We aren't fan`s of those teams but when the Packers got a Touchdown everyone screamed because its the Superbowl.I thought it was for that but I reliazed I was wrong within like 2 seconds when everybody was running towards me to get the dip. When I was in second grade I loved marshmallow fluff and peanut butter. The first time I had it was at my BFF Emily's house. I had it for lunch and I loved it!We started buying it and for some reason we just stopped buying it. So when I first found this I liked screamed because it was an excuse for me to bye fluff. I LOVE FLUFF!!!!!!!!!!!! Funny since I am not the biggest marshmallow fan but I love fluff. The fluff gives it a sweet flavor and the cream cheese balances out the sweetness and gives it a texture so its not all sticky like fluff. Lets play a game. Super Superbowl onion rings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ONION RINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I was younger I used to love this Restaurant name Red Robin. Y'all have probably herd it before but there are a few reasons why I love it. I made a cute little list for y'all so take a look and see my reasoning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So that's why. You could probably see,the first one was the onion rings. I am dead serious they have awesome onion rings. I haven't been there since I was like 8 years old so I guess they might be that good I just remember them being really good. Anyway the point is I remember them having good onion rings. To be a good onion ring you have to make a good batter you need it to have salt. I know not all recipes have that but after you fry them the salt sinks in to the onion and it gives that little bit of season that gives it that big Flavor. There is as little as 1 tsp of salt in this recipe but it helps so much! This is a great app to serve at a party at the Superbowl. Everybody loves them especially the men they go crazy with chips and onion rings these days, don't y'all agree. Well at least inn my house!
Like I was saying before the little salt helps so much and the batter is GREAT and EASY to make so once its fried its AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then you have a little sweet flavor of the onion so all you taste is a bunch of flavor that just is balanced out.I am loving it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The texture ROCKS THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!! You have a crunch of the fried crispy outside and the texture of the onion on the inside.Tip- Make sure the onion rings are perfectly cooked. A minute to short they will be soggy and a minute late it will be burnt to the crisp. So make sure you have good timing! Also don't let kids run around the kitchen at the time because you are frying in hot oil. If you are careful its fine but Kids want to help but sometimes they just get hurt. So bye and HAPPY SUPERBOWL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 quart oil for frying
Directions-
Heat the oil in a deep-fryer to 365
Separate the onion slices into rings, and set aside. In a small bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Dip the onion slices into the flour mixture until they are all coated put aside. Whisk the egg and milk into the flour mixture using a metal fork. Dip the floured rings into the batter to soak, then place on a wire rack to drain until the batter stops dripping. Spread the bread crumbs out on a plate or shallow dish. Place rings one at a time into the crumbs, and scoop the crumbs up over the ring to coat. Give it a hard tap as you remove it from the crumbs. The coating should cling very well. Repeat with remaining rings.
Deep fry the rings a few at a time for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
Put rings on 2 paper towls and put 2 on top(to get off grease)

Lemon cream pie with Graham cracker crust
A lot of juice companys use artificial lemons. They do and the reason is a lemon is sour and almost bitter, well not really. Once I had a lemon pie and It wasn't a cream pie it was a curd. So I think they used like 2% real lemons because it had a bad after taste. Lemons can work with a thousand things but if you put it in a dessert especially a pie then you BETTER make it right. These people I think just squeezed lemon juice on top AFTER it baked. But then the rest of the 98% was artificial. Seriously it was horrible and I was not loving it! The crust was a graham cracker but that was good. So I decided to replicate it! I have never really made a lemon cream pie before but at that same place I had a banana cream pie and that was heaven so it was liked a mixed idea! I have never made a cream pie so I looked on one of my favorite blog (beside my own) and its an all dessert one and I found this and I said hey why not try it? So y'all know I bye a lot of things to make a dish really good like whipped cream and crust. Well not this time because I'm making my own!!!!!! I know right, hold the applause, y'all are probably thinking GO JAMIE! WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well Iunderstand your reasoning but hold the applause please&thank you.Soooooo, uh ye. Remember my examples of stuff I useally just buy? Well one example was whipped cream!!!!!!!! Well we are making whipped cream to. I know what you are thinking, GO JAMIE! WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well again I understand but hold the applause. Or just go to the next paragraph.
OMG this has good flavor. I sware I almost like this better then a curd. The best part about this is graham cracker crust!!!!!!!!! It is super flavorful.I am loving it!!!!!!!!!! I have an incredible sweet tooth but other people in my family really don't and there in to butter cakes and fruit. Which I love to. Well I am going to go start making dinner because it takes a while so bye!

Cookies& Cream oreo cupcakes
OREOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE OREOS.LETS CHEER FOR THE OREOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LETS GO OREOS LETS GO(clap 3 times). I now what y'all are thinking.Shes crazy. But once you eat these I wont be anymore. So like you all know I have a love and passion for oreos!!!! You can probably tell by the million recipes I have of dessert that our oreo things. I love them I can't help it!!!!!!!!!!! Heyout of curiosity- if somebody asked you what your favorite dessert was what would you say? This is a BIG question so I will give you a minute(or 2)....................................................Have an answer? GREAT!!!!!!!! Put it in the comment box so for the next sweet Saturday I have a few ideas. Well if somebody asked me that question I would say cupcakes. I would. Cupcakes are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! Plus the have an icing and sometimes a filling. You can put anything in or on a cupcake. I watch this show called Cupcake Wars and they make a meat flavored cupcake and instead of icing they put brisket. I am dead serious. Once they made a TUNA flavored cupcake. I love me some tuna but NOT on a cupcake. I like to have a sweet fluffy cupcake not a heavy meat one. Let me tell y'all about this CRAZY frosting!!!!!!! It is based on two frostings mixed together. The frostings are whipped cream and cream cheese. When I first thought about making a oreo cupcake I was debating these two. I was and when I found this one mixed together I was a happy camper.Well I got a late start on Sweet Saturday today so I got to wrap this up so I can put up another at least 5-6 recipes.
Guess what. What you might ask? Well this has BIG oreo chunks in the middle. I am dead serious. It looks like a dog masion or a zebra. Yeh its a cookies&cream cake so it is supposed to but this is like a painting. Then the frosting has a cream cheese frosting flavor but a whip cream type flavor. Then for a garnish A whole oreo!!!!!! Oh yeh I forgot. So you leave the cream inside the oreo so it has this really good creamy flavor!!!!!!!!!!!! It is so holly amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still loving life!!!!!!!!The cake (as long as you cook it right) is super moist and I still love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also love my next recipe which I want to put it up! So g2g but enjoy!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup brown bananas, smashed
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-
- 15 caramels, unwrapped
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
-
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or extract)
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream, if needed for consistency
For the Cake:
For the Caramel:
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
Instructions
Make the Cake:
Preheat
oven to 350°. Line two 6” round cake pans with parchment paper and
butter and flour them. You will have some
batter left over. You can also use two 8” pans or two 9” pans for
thinner layers.
Mix
cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and baking soda in a large bowl on low for 1
minute. Increase speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes. Reduce mixer
back to low (or “stir” for a stand mixer) and mix in bananas.
Fill prepared pans 2/3 full.
Bake
for about 35-38 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan
for at least 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
Make the Caramel:While
the cake is in the oven, add the caramels and heavy whipping cream to a
microwave safe bowl. Heat on HIGH in 30 second increments, stirring
between each to help melt caramel.
Once caramel is completely melted, place in the refrigerator to cool completely.
(this makes enough caramel filling for a 6” layer cake. Double recipe for a larger cake).
When
getting ready to frosting the cake, remove cooled caramel from the
refrigerator. It will be stiff. Beat with a hand mixer until the caramel
becomes more creamy, only a few minutes. Now it is like a thin frosting
you can fill your cake with.

The best ever Lobster rolls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey y'all.I have been thinking I put up fish recipes but not as much of shellfish.Shellfish is pretty much seafood in a shell like crab, lobster, clams, oysters, etc. When me and my sisters were younger we would visit Marthers Viniard. Its a beautiful place with mountains and beaches great seafood and my favorite part this place with the best lobster rolls you will ever eat.I am dead serious, there is only one lobster roll that is better then this one.I love this place, I don't remember what is was called but its amazing. They also have these fresh, salty, crispy french fries..OMG it is like heaven on a tray. They are like known for their lobster rolls. But its not only this fresh and flavorful filling but this awesome bread this has this soft moist inside but a crunch on the outside and they make it them sellves and AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH it is so freaking good. They also catch there own lobsters like 3 times a week so it is always so fresh. When my family would go we would get like 2 lobster rolls each and it was worth the calories because they went be in like 3&1/2 minutes because when we eat them we don't talk we just eat because no on the wants to stop eating this amazing stuff. One thing I always remember from there is the umbrellas. It is hot there so they put umbrellas up on the table and they have pictures of diet cokes and cokes and there logos and they are crazy. My mom never drunk pepsi. She never did she still hates it.But when we first went there she saw the umbrellas and she was like" there is coke we can eat here". Funny eh. Yup its funny. Really I am so I;m gonna scream really fast to my family and tell them to bring me up a drink...................................... Lets talk flavor SHALL WE? Lets do it. There is a whole lot of ingredients that help with flavor like onions, celery, basil, and fresh juice.LOOK OUT!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a dash of hot sauce by the way so you might want to look out for that. I am not a spicy food king of gal but This actually taste decent with the lobster. The best part out of the whole little cute list I made is the celery.Guess what. Go on guess.Okay done guessing? Good you are so I don't like celery.I know I know think all those things that celery lovers say but it won't change my answer.I don't like it. But in this it adds the best texture. It gives a little crunch. Well I'm off to make hot coco so bye y'all.

Peach French Toast with whipped cream
WAKE UP SLEEPY HEADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is snow on the ground and enough to maybe go sleeding (in Maryland). So school has been delayed and lucky for me my work has too.So I figured why not give a breakfast recipe at the breakfast time!!!!!!! Okay story-time! Over the winter break I went to Charelston for two days. You go to Charleston to eat and that is honest. We took tours, saw landmarks, horse and bugge, and we ate. We went to this breakfast place called Virginias. It opened at 10:00am and we got there at like 9:55.So we got in and we looked behind us and there was a line outside the door! This place was packed!!!!! But anyway I ordered french toast. You were allowed to pick anything to put on it like strawberries, blueberries, powdered sugar, pecan syrup,or peaches. I really don't know why I picked peaches not strawberries but I did. I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was amazing. They gave me 8 pieces of the french toast and I ate it in like 3 minutes. This was good stuff.I just loved it!!! I couldn't believe it! So I kept thinking about my blog and how people would love it. There is one part I added though. The whipped cream. You could make it but it can take a long time which brings me too another story. When I was in sixth grade one day I came home and my sister Rebecca who went too the same school walked in the door and was like I want whipped cream. Really she did and I was like "okay random, but lets do it". We could find the applience you hook into the mixer to make whip ream so we did it by hand. That took a while!!!! We made like 2 tablespoons of whipped cream so wasn't all that worth it. But we added sugar to make it sweet. So after that not the most excited person making whip cream so I bought it. But you want to make it go ahead.
The french bread is one of my favorite types of bread so I love French toast. With the little brown sugar and cinnamon it has a sweet flavor and OMG I'm like drooling right now. But the star of this is the peaches.AH The peaches they are ripe and juicy and add great flavor. When you bight into this and you get the french toast, whip cream, and the sweet spices, plus the toast you will eat that whole thing in less the 3 minutes. I know it sounds like a lot when you see how much prep time there is but its overnight so don't worry. So I g2g, I got to get ready for work since it starts in an hour so bye! P.s You should go to Charelston!

Remove the dish from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before baking to come to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 3

Roasted lamb with root vegetables
I realized I have not really put up many lamb recipes. This was like an OMG moment because I love lamb its such a tender juicy piece a of meat so I am gonna try to put up a few. So lets stop talking about other lamb recipes and lets talk about this one. So there is like a ton of vegetables on the bottom including potatos, carrots, yam, beets, and carrots. So the veggies are cooked with some simple salt and pepper which is awesome because its easy, simple, and delicious.Don't y'all love that? When something is so good but so easy.I love it.So how about we talk about the star of this dish, the Lamb.Lamb, the lamb,THE LAMB is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So the lamb is cooked with the herbs and honey with powders like garlic powder. Its the most flavorful lamb I have ever had. There is so much flavor!!!Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a spicy aspect.Red pepper flakes. Not much just a little but a little can do a lot.I remember once I made lamb and there were like 50 ingredients and you had to make like three rubs and there was so much prep then you had a sauce with garlic and rosemary which took a while and roasted carrots and OMG I was working for so long.It took me hours and I mean hours. So when I looked for a recipe there were a few things I had in mine like not to long, not to hard,Fresh and good flavors.Anyway so earlier I had told you about the red pepper flakes but there is something else to but its not spicy but sweet.HONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OMG I love honey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The honey dosen't over power any thing but still has a lot of flavor. So I was reading my e-mails the other day and I was looking at some comments for my recipes and I was looking at my folllowers blogs and I liked how they said how many servings. Well this makes 10 servings.I know its kinda a lot but Including me I have 5 people in my family and we finished it in one dinner. So I g2g because I am going to go get my basement ready cause I have people staying over at my house so Bye!!!!!!!!!!!Enjoy your Delightful Delicious Dinner.

You have the butternut squash filling and it gives the Ravioli some BAM flavor. So lets talk about the sauce. The brown sugar helps the butternut squash have that BAM flavor and you have a little sage which gives it this fresh flavor and the soft fresh ravioli just HELP ME I am in heaven right now.Actually I found a seperate recipe for the Ravioli but then I saw another recipe for the sauce so I added a delightful delicious dinner twist and here we are. So for a kiss on top there is some fresh Parmesan cheese and its that little thing that makes it for me.So I like to put decently easy recipes on my blog so that they are not to hard but not super boring and easy.To make ravioli you need to make a well of flour and put the eggs inside and if the well is to thick or deep you are gonna end up with a mess.So instead of that this uses wonton wrappers but it taste just like ravioli(if you do it right). So I will leave you alone now so you can make this so bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ingredients-
1 cup mashed,cooked butternut squash
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
Salt and Pepper
1 cup Mascarpone cheese
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons of butter
1 pack of wonton wrappers
2 tablespoons of butter
1 garlic clove,unpeeled
Parmesan cheese to taste
Sauce-
1/4 cup fresh sage
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Salt and Pepper
Directions-
Put cooked squash into a mixing bowl. Add salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir in mascarpone cheese, egg yolk, and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, mixing until the filling is smooth
Put a wonton wrapper onto a flat(you can just put it on a table) surface. Wet your finger in water, and run it all along the outer edge of the wonton skin to moisten it. Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of the wonton. Fold the wonton in half to make a half-moon shape, and press the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers.
Place a deep skillet over medium-low heat. Stir in butter and unpeeled clove of garlic. Meanwhile, bring a saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil.
Drop the filled raviolis into the boiling water, a few at a time, and cook until they float to the top, about 2 minutes. Drain the raviolis, and transfer them to the skillet. Turn the heat under the skillet up to medium-high, and cook just until the raviolis are infused with garlic flavor, about 2 or 3 more minutes.
To make the sauce, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the sage. Continue to cook and stir until the sage is crispy but not browned. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put sauce on ravioli and top with Parmesan cheese
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
