(this hating spinach goes for plain spinach not any of my recipes exspecially this one)

I know its bad that I don't like plain spinach since it is such a healthy and used green. I don't like it plain but I will eat it in this! So anyway U don;t like spinach unless it is in this recipe. I am kinda on a tight timing plan cause I have A LOT to do before tomorrow. I kept trying to stay away from the computer but that didn't work. So go to the next paragraph.

OMG. I think this quiche is costom made for flavor. There are chopped onions wihich give a sweet flavor, cheddar cheese to give it that sharp kinda flavor, herb and garlic eta cheese for a fresh salty flavor, and that nice pie crust. I'm loving it!!!!!!! This is a Delightful Delicious dinner that your WHOLE family will love and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My whole family loves it that is for sure! I LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!  Like I  said before I have a tight time plan so bye TTYL!!!!!!!!!!ENJOY!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients- 
1/2 cup butter  
3 cloves garlic, chopped  
1 small onion, chopped  
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 
 1 package herb and garlic feta, crumbled  
1  package shredded Cheddar cheese 
salt and pepper 
unbaked deep dish pie crust 
4 eggs, beaten 
1 cup milk 
salt and pepper to taste 
Directions- 
Preheat oven to 375 
In a medium skillet, melt butter over low-medium heat. Saute garlic and onion in butter until slightly browned, about 7 minutes. Stir in spinach,and feta and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into pie crust. 
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the crust, allowing egg mixture to thoroughly combine with spinach mixture. 
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining Cheddar cheese, and bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes, until set in center. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
