Cookies& Cream oreo cupcakes

OREOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE OREOS.LETS CHEER FOR THE OREOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LETS GO OREOS LETS GO(clap 3 times). I now what y'all are thinking.Shes crazy. But once you eat these I wont be anymore. So like you all know I have a love and passion for oreos!!!! You can probably tell by the million recipes I have of dessert that our oreo things. I love them I can't help it!!!!!!!!!!! Heyout of curiosity- if somebody asked you what your favorite dessert was what would you say? This is a BIG question so I will give you a minute(or 2)....................................................Have an answer? GREAT!!!!!!!! Put it in the comment box so for the next sweet Saturday I have a few ideas. Well if somebody asked me that question I would say cupcakes. I would. Cupcakes are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! Plus the have an icing and sometimes a filling. You can put anything in or on a cupcake. I watch this show called Cupcake Wars and they make a meat flavored cupcake and instead of icing they put brisket. I am dead serious. Once they made a TUNA flavored cupcake. I love me some tuna but NOT on a cupcake. I like to have a sweet fluffy cupcake not a heavy meat one. Let me tell y'all about this CRAZY frosting!!!!!!! It is based on two frostings mixed together. The frostings are whipped cream and cream cheese. When I first thought about making a oreo cupcake I was debating these two. I was and when I found this one mixed together I was a happy camper.Well I got a late start on Sweet Saturday today so I got to wrap this up so I can put up another at least 5-6 recipes.

Guess what. What you might ask? Well this has BIG oreo chunks in the middle. I am dead serious. It looks like a dog masion or a zebra. Yeh its a cookies&cream cake so it is supposed to but this is like a painting. Then the frosting has a cream cheese frosting  flavor but a whip cream type flavor. Then for a garnish A whole oreo!!!!!! Oh yeh I forgot. So you leave the cream inside the oreo so it has this really good creamy flavor!!!!!!!!!!!! It is so holly amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still loving life!!!!!!!!The cake (as long as you cook it right) is super moist and I still love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also love my next recipe which I want to put  it up! So g2g but enjoy!!!!!!!

Ingredients:
For the cupcakes:
24 Oreo cookies halves with white cream
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 sticks  butter
1 2/3 cups sugar
3 l egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
20 whole Oreo cookies, quartered For the frosting:
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
6 tablespoons unsalted room temperature butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Oreo cookie crumbs and/or 24 Oreo cookie halves for garnish*

Directions-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 24 paper cupcake liners in your cupcake pans. Place an Oreo half  in each cupcake liner, with the white facing up.
Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl and stir together to combine. Set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer combine the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Separate each egg and add the whites to the butter and sugar mixture, one at a time, beating well in between. Mix in the vanilla. Turn mixer to low speed and add half the flour mixture. Add half the milk and mix until just combined. Repeat with the remaining dry ingredients and milk. Gently fold in the chopped Oreos, being careful not to over-mix.
Pour batter evenly into each cupcake liner. Bake 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for a few minutes in the pans and then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the frosting, combine the cream cheese and butter in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until smooth. Blend in the vanilla. Beat in the powdered sugar until incorporated and smooth. Add the heavy cream and beat on medium-low speed until just incorporated, then increase the speed for about 4 minutes until light and fluffy. Frost the cooled cupcakes. Put Oreo cookies on top. Serve and enjoy
