WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's getting hot and down to the ground over here!!!!!!!!!!!! Man, being a middle school teacher can affect your choice of wording. Anyway so the spicy part kicks you in your mouth when you get a taste of the broccoli which is cooked with some chili paste. So the sweet part comes in with the ginger.I love Stir-fry.I really do.I mean think of all the flavors.Okay since I am a nice person I will make a numbered list. Now people remember this is not just a list its a numbered list.A numbered list, now give me some credit for numbering because that is how much I do for y'all.
- Juice moist chicken
- ginger
- onion
- peppers
- soy sauce
- broccoli
- garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- Hoisin sauce
Those are the main ingredients of what really stands out but before you buy all your ingredients look at the ingredient list because there is more stuff but I didn't put them in because these are the ingredients you can really taste. So um,hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, well people I don't know what should we talk about now?Come on y'all I always make the ideas of what to talk about now you make some.Oh wait I herd my text tone so I probably got a text hold on.Okay I'm back and I know what to talk about.Thirst. You know why? No you don't so I will tell you. I am like dying of thirst right now so let me yell to somebody in my family to go get me a water bottle................... Man I love myself and all(I mean whats not to love) but I'm lazy.Seriously I'm sitting less ten 2 feet away from a fridge and I;m to lazy to get up.Well I'm out of ideas so bye and enjoy this delightful delicious dinner
Ingredients-
3 cups
broccoli florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 boneless,cleaned,skinless chicken breast cut into strips
1/4 cup sliced green onions
4 cloves garlic,sliced thinly
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/3 tsp crushed ginger
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
4 cloves garlic
1/8 cups chicken stock
Salt and Pepper
Directions-
Place broccoli in a steamer over 1 inch of boiling water, and cover. Cook until tender but still firm, about 5 minutes.
Heat the oil
in a skillet over medium heat, and saute the chicken, green onions, and
garlic until the chicken is not pink
Stir the
hoisin sauce, chile paste, and soy sauce into the skillet. Season with the
ginger, red pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir in the chicken stock
and simmer 2 minutes. Mix in the steamed broccoli until coated/covered
with the sauce mixture.
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
