It had perfect flavor and season and it taste great. I have been making it ever sense and I will tell you, it helps in the winter(not as much as hot chocolate but it still does help). Jessica's Coconut cake

I will tell you I hate coconut. But I love this. The cake is moist and the icing is sweet and the coconut gives a cool flavor and texture. I love this cake but not as much as my Aunt Jessica so I figured she helps me with any thing (thank you so much), the least I can do is name one of her favorite cakes after her. The actual cake has coconut in it so that ties in some of the flavor as far as mixing it with vanilla. This is a 12 out of 10 in my  book and you will rank it  just like that to once you try it. This cake has everything from flavor to texture. I love sweet icing but in this recipe the coconut is so sweet that you do bot need it to be overly sweet. Me and my family can never finish this whole thing so we put it in the fridge and eat the next day after our delightful delicious  dinner and sense it just  came out of the fridge i the frosting is cold and it taste so good you just want to dive into it. I know youwill love this as much as me and my aunt did.So enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 cups of sugar
5 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Crack the eggs into a small bowl. With the mixer on medium speed, add the eggs 1 at a time, scraping down the bowl once during mixing. Add the vanilla and almond extracts and mix well.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. With the mixer on low speed, alternately add the dry ingredients and the milk to the batter in 3 parts, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Fold in the 4 ounces of coconut with a rubber spatula.
Pour the batter evenly into the 2 pans and smooth the top with a knife or spatula . Bake in the center of the oven for 45 to 55 minutes, until the tops are browned and a cake tester comes out clean. Cool on a baking rack for 30 minutes, then turn the cakes out onto a baking rack to finish cooling.
For the frosting, in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and almond extract on low speed. Add the confectioners' sugar and mix until  smooth
To assemble, place 1 layer on a flat serving plate, top side down, and spread with frosting.

One is brownie one is whip cream then the chocolate bar and the pudding and omg it is just so good. My favorite layer is the brownie layer because like I said in my peanut butter cookie bars. I love this because when you scoop it out you get every layer so it is a combination of all the flavors and the pudding and whip cream like go on the brownie and to top it off some Hershys chocolate bar. This is a easy dish to make that is a s fun to eat and enjoy as it is to make. Plus you do not need to bake anything besides the brownie so once thats done you can just start eating it. Lemon Meringue pie

I love this. The lemon part is all yummy with this awesome texture, then you have the meringue which is creamy and toasty and it goes great with the lemon, Then my personal favorite the crust. I am a big pie eater. I know a lot of people who are not big cake fans but they love pie, and one day I was going to make a dessert but some of my family dose not really like cake. I was gonna make a lemon cake with a whipped cream frosting so that gave me the idea to make a lemon Meringue pie and I loved it. I have been making this pie ever sense and nothing can top it. When ever me and my family are going to eat that for dessert I am just thinking throughout dinner will time go by faster cause I want to eat it already so bad. Lemon Meringue is considered a custard pie and I like those kinds of pies so I get an A+  for this grade. Enjoy you your pie everybody, I am out.

Ingredients-
1  pie crust, baked

Bake at 325 degrees F  for 25 to 30 minutes or until delicately browned.
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Peach and raspberry crisp

Lets do some math peach+raspberry=amazing I love warm desserts. The crisp on top gives it some great texture and flavor. This is amazing with the vanilla ice cream because you eat this warm and the ice cream melts into it and it soaks the crisp part on top and it combines and it is amazing. This is a great end to a delightful delicious dinner and perfect in the fall. The juices from the fruit make kinda a sauce and it is amazing. The raspberry gets all bubbly and and makes this really cool texture that like dances on your tongue. The crisp has a buttery flour kinda taste which is what a crisp should taste like and it is my favorite part of this whole thing for sure. This recipe uses a little orange zest ans juice which you can't taste when it is cooked so it will not take away from the peaches or raspberry's . I love peach and raspberry together and in a warm desert with a crisp for some texture i give it 11 out of 10 stars. So enjoy your amazing warm dessert and well,ENJOY.

Cinnamon rolls

I love cinnamon rolls. They are my favorite breakfast food I like them better then doughnuts, muffins, danish, sweet bread any thing. My favorite part of the cinnamon roll is the icing. It is nice and sweet and OMG amazing. I love having something sweet as soon as I wake up  it gets me all motivated plus I know I can come home and eat more (which dose not happen often because I eat them all right away). I love cinnamon so that is another reason why I love these. A few days ago I bought chocolate chip muffins because they ran out of cinnamon rolls, and do not get me wrong I love chocolate chip muffins but while I was eating them I was wishing it was a cinnamon roll. The sweet roll with the cinnamon flavor then the  best part to  top it all off some sweet sensational icing. I eat my cinnamon rolls warm so the icing melts into the roll and it gets all light and it is like a glaze and when it soaks into the roll it helps bring some moisture. There is nothing better then having a sweet warm  breakfast to start off  your day ( and know you can have a delightful delicious dinner). So next time you want a warm amazing breakfast make these.(the picture to the side is the cinnamon roll before I put on the icing but there is a icing in this recipe)

Peanut butter cookie bars

You have probably figured this out by all my brownie recipes that I love brownies. This is exactly a brownie but it taste like one.You may have tried this but a popular combination is chocolate and peanut butter. So I am bringing that into a amazing bar. This is a soft amazing heaven and as soon as you take a bite out of you just freeze in shock (that is what I did). This is a great way to make a end to a delightful delicious dinner and a great way to use up peanut butter cause if you are like me you have a lot of peanut butter in your house because for school lunches you make peanut butter and jelly. Once you start making these you will never go back to just a plain brownie or bar it is way to good. This is great at a party to you can make them easily then just bring them and everyone can have one and it is not very messy. OMG so once me and my family were going to a friends house for dinner and we were making dessert,so I just found this recipe and I was dying to make it so I finally did and it was really good that pretty much half of them were gone before we left so I had to make another batch. I still make and love them today and so does my friend. So if you ever want a brownie or need to use up some peanut butter, try these. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sierra's oreo truffle brownies

Now you never have to decide between a Oreo or a brownie for a dessert because I am combining them to make something of the hook. At the end of the recipe  you chill it in the fridge and when you take it out and get that first bite the chocolate cracks and it is so creamy then you have the Oreo topping and OMG it is amazing. If you have ever ate an Oreo (they are important so I hope you did) you know that the filling is like the best part because its sweet and creamy, and that goes great with the cream cheese and it is just great. This is a fudge, Oreo, chocolate dream heaven. It is a twist of a traditional brownie with a little help from a Oreo.Or a traditional Oreo with a little  help from a brownie. Either way its amazing. Honey chicken skewer

You like it on waffles you like it on pancakes but you have never had honey on a piece of chicken as good as this.  The honey on the chicken gives a great flavor and once its grilled it is like as tiny piece of sunshine just fell from the sky. Then you have the soy sauce which as a drop of a salty flavor but it dose not  over power the honey. But of course we can not just put some chicken on a stick and call it a skewer, that is why I added the peppers and onions. Peppers and onions go really good together and they go perfect with the chicken so you have all these different flavors and ingredients and they all kinda just combine into one. This is a great delightful delicious dinner, but if you got mini toothpicks you can make a bunch of mini skewers for an appetizer and trust me its great either way and me and my family love it.OMG, true story once I went to Food lion and came back with a bunch of chicken kabobs and we ate them for dinner and I liked them. The herbs help bring a flavor that nothing else can do. This is an easy dish to make that is perfect on a busy night instead of going to Chick-fil-A (my family dose that a lot) and trust me I love Chick-Fil-A but once you make and eat this you will not miss it ( which is big for me I love Chick-FilA). Fried rice

I love fried rice. All the flavors really helps. The peas are my favorite part because there juicy and cute. I also like how all the vegetables give it a really good presentation with the green peas the white rice and the orange carrots. It is also bursting in flavor with a little help from a friend of mine called soy sauce. Soy sauce is a salty sauce from Japan that can hurt a dish with dreads of salt.Or help it so much belongs in a red carpet an walk. You can serve  this as a side or if you make a lot you you can make it a main meal (I like it as a side but both ways work) Now you can have some Japenese/Chinese dishes in your house for less money and a whole lot more flavor. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
1 1/3 cups uncooked  rice (white)
1 2/3 cups water
