Peanut butter cookie bars

You have probably figured this out by all my brownie recipes that I love brownies. This is exactly a brownie but it taste like one.You may have tried this but a popular combination is chocolate and peanut butter. So I am bringing that into a amazing bar. This is a soft amazing heaven and as soon as you take a bite out of you just freeze in shock (that is what I did). This is a great way to make a end to a delightful delicious dinner and a great way to use up peanut butter cause if you are like me you have a lot of peanut butter in your house because for school lunches you make peanut butter and jelly. Once you start making these you will never go back to just a plain brownie or bar it is way to good. This is great at a party to you can make them easily then just bring them and everyone can have one and it is not very messy. OMG so once me and my family were going to a friends house for dinner and we were making dessert,so I just found this recipe and I was dying to make it so I finally did and it was really good that pretty much half of them were gone before we left so I had to make another batch. I still make and love them today and so does my friend. So if you ever want a brownie or need to use up some peanut butter, try these. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
1 cup peanut butter (any kind)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 can  sweetened condensed milk
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2cup  chopped peanuts

Directions-
   Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and 1 egg in a large bowl by hand.
Spread into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 12 minutes in a backing pan.
While the crust is baking, make the filling.
In a medium bowl, stir together the melted and cooled chocolate with the sweetened condensed milk.
Add remaining egg and vanilla and stir until combined.
When crust comes out of the oven, spread chocolate mixture over hot crust. Sprinkle the peanuts evenly on top.
Return to oven and bake an additional 20-25 minutes until the top kinda bounces back when you touch it. Cool completely and cut into bars.
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
