Rainbow trout

I love trout. It has delicious flavor and this dish brings that out with all the seasons. The ginger and and the bit of sugar in there helps bring our the natural flavor. Trout can be hard to make (trust me  I know) but it is so good its worth it and this isn't to bad. I hate it when there is a dish that sounds amazing but there so many ingredients its hard to make and takes up a lot of time but this dose not do that. So know we have a delightful delicious dinner that you will want to eat everyday. ( I am always in the mood for it)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients-
4 (6 ounce) fillets boneless, skinless rainbow trout
2 teaspoons soy sauce
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
4 green onions, chopped

Directions-
Rub trout fillets with soy sauce.
Season with salt, pepper, and sugar; set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, ginger, and green onions; cook and stir until golden brown.
Add trout fillets and cook until browned and crispy, about 3 minutes.
Turn fillets over, and continue cooking until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 3 minutes more.
Serve and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
