This recipe is a perfect dinner with perfect seasons perfect texture and a great dish to make for family or friends ( I fall into the friend category  so make sure you give and make me some). I have a whole lot of beef and steak recipes in my house and this one is in a cookbook I like to call My favorite cook book ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The rub makes the meat so flavorful  you will not need BBQ sauce Enjoy your London broil.
